The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

No tea or coffee making facilities. no fridge / mini bar. requested a queen, was given a single. bathroom tiny. overpriced.

Sehr geehrter Gast,wir bedauern es sehr, dass Sie mit Ihrem Zimmer nicht zufrieden waren. Unsere Heizung ist eine Fernwärmeanlage die sehr modern ist, wir wundern uns also sehr, dass die Heizung in Ihrem Zimmer nicht funktioniert haben soll, unsere Rezeption haben Sie dazu leider auch nicht aufgesucht. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie uns bei Gelegenheit noch einmal besuchen.

Very nice property, located withing walking distance of many attractions and food options, also, very closed from the train station. Parking was free in front of the hotel. Super safe and secure area. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk, as I was getting ready to leave with my kids I dropped my wallet with all of our passports and money. They kept it safe and nothing was missing. Thank you so very much for your help and honesty.

Kinda out of the way from attractions but close to Ubahn station and right off an Autobahn. We paid extra for breakfast; traditional German style all yiu can eat was good start to the day. Parking was on the street but never had problem finding a space close. Only negative was the cramped conditions; space so small bedroom door wont close because it hits the bed and you have to Tetris yourself in and out of the bathroom but we only went back ti sleep so it was adequate. We were 2 adults and two adolescent children and it worked for the three nights but wouldnt try it for any lengthier stay. Id stay again if i was coming to Berlin just for a few days. Get the Welcome Berlin Ubahn ticket is good 48 hours for 1 adult and up to 3 children so you can hop on and off and gets discounts at some attractions

Die Unterkunft ist soweit ok. Frühstück ist etwas teuer, kann günstiger sein und manchmal das Personal vorne bei der Auskunft etwas stur oder manchmal penibel komisch, nicht sehr genau hilfsbereit, geht so. Dazu ist das Hotel etwas weit von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt, aber geht halt nicht anders. Die Damen am Housekeeping waren alle sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten alles Nötige. Ok im Ganzen.

It was a nice property, a distance from the city center, but close to the freeway and public transportation. New construction going up next to it, but not noisey. The room was smaller than expected, and there was no AC (something I should have checked). The staff was nice. The bar/snack lounge had great options for late night snacking.

lovely stay
arrived late and check in was straightforward. ordered a taxi for return back to airport with no problem. good service throughout, and a lovely choice of food at breakfast. will stay again. this is the second visit.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to public transport, if does take around 30 - 50 mins to get to some central locations in the city, but the public transport is excellent so this is not an issue. There's a children's playground next to the hotel for anyone with little ones in the summer. Aldi supermarket is a small walk away. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were very clean. Only small thing was one of our windows had a slight draft, but it didn't make the room cold and we stayed during December. Overall an excellent hotel and will use again.

Fantastic hotel even better staff
The hotel is very clean, the staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The Handy phone is a fantastic idea that all hotels should follow. We stayed for 5 nights and would defiantly stay again if ever back in Berlin.

Nice Budget Hotel near the underground station.
Affordable budget hotel on the outskirts of Berlin city centre. However, it is only a 5 min walk to the U Bahn and S Bahn stations, recommend you buy a Welcome card will allow you to travel by bus train and underground, these can be bought in the ticket machines in stations . Gabi at reception in the hotel was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are average size comfortable and clean make you have a private bathroom as some are part shared. The only draw back no tea or coffee making facilities in our room.

Nice and spacious and clean. Friendly staff. It’s a little further out from the central city than I was expecting but there is a metro stop about 10mins walk away so it’s definitely doable.

Amazing stay
The hotel was friendly and very clean! The room was a pleasant surprise, we didn’t expect it to be so nice for the price we payed. We even got a balcony! The room was refreshed every day at our request and non of our personal belongings we touched at all. Really happy with location and helpfulness! Amazing stay!
