The staff were very kind and hospitable. They are well trained in terms of managing guests and all our requests. We went when it was off-peak season so the area was very peaceful and quiet. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. Would definitely come back!

Glamping as convenient as you like. It’s like camping in one’s living room except that it’s wide space near a man made lake with an activities center. Too bad the kid is 3 and so not able to partake all, will be back!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. While booking expedient showed picture which don't dipict of what we got as booking, in picture it was showing indoor bath tub jacuzzi but in reality it was outdoor whirlpool. We find it was kind of entrapment, but staff was very helpful and help us to upgrade at discounted price. Was disappointed with expedia blindsiding us but at least hotel staff tried their best but it cost us more than we committed while booking.

Overall it was a good stay. Very friendly staff and excellent services especially at the restaurant and bar. Condition of the room is a bit run down. Otherwise, all good.

Relaxing Resort Stay
We love the lagoon at Treasure Bay. The hotel rooms are not the standard hotel types. We love the set up. There is nothing nearby hotel so it’s a good place to get away from crowd. U can dine in the resort restaurant or another one at Ammon hoyle just next door. The staff are superb friendly and helpful. U can be ferry by bungee if u don’t want to walk too much.

We booked 2 rooms at Natra Bintan with pool view, very beautiful place and well maintained! There is only one restaurant in Natra Bintan, of course you can get a buggy to go to another resort for food but must say restaurant at Natra Bintan is the better one. Free transport to-and-fro ferry terminal makes the stay very convenient and stressless! No need to bring cash, everything can be charged to the room or credit card. We enjoyed the stay there.

Friendly helpful staff. Lagoon is beautiful to play in. Too bad you have to pay for all the activities. It was our first glamping experience and the room is really nice. BBQ right outside the tent is highly recommended. They do all the prep and clean up so you just do the fun BBQ and eating. The walls are super thin (cloth). There was a child in the next tent who cried for a long time in the middle of the night. If you happen to have such neighbours, be prepared to have disturbed sleep.

We loved the big tv in the room which allow us to plug in our xbox. Hubby and daughter have a great time playing when it rained outside and lagoon is closed. Room is spacious and comfortable for 4 pax though the food choice at Patio restaurant is a bit limited. Kudos to all the staff who are friendly and quick response whenever needed help. I visited Bintan more than once and it’s my first staying in Natra Bintan. It exceeded my expectation by a mile. Prompt service, going out of the way to look after my needs and best of all, the front staff are super friendly and made you feel at home. The hospitality of all the staff are really impressive. Everyone seems happy there and never fails to say hi or ask if we have a good day even when we were just passing by. Only let down was the food. It would have been a nice if the breakfast and dining menu can be changed everyday to have some nee highlights.

Nice for a working holiday
Check In: The staff member who checked me in was lovely and she answered my questions. A welcome drink would be nice in this climate. Room: The tent is fun but obviously difficult to maintain - fabric walls have some stains. The in room slippers are flip flops that are too small for western feet. There are no bathrobes or pool towels. Coffee and tea in the room is limited to instant coffee and one type of tea - not sure they can say this is a 5 star resort? Amenities: Despite the website and hotel booking sites listing these ammenities there is NO Gym and only one restaurant is open and it’s the same as Singapore prices for restaurant food but not as good. But there are no other options. The spa is open. There are lots of activities you can pay extra for - and pay extra you will - but great for kids. Food: There is only one restaurant on site, but they have decent offering (but a bit over priced for what you get). The Breakfast buffet was fantastic though.

Dear Mona, We would like to thank you for the rating 6 out of 10 that you given and for your time to share your feedback. It was with a heavy heart we read it as we strive to give every guest excellent service but clearly we failed to meet your expectations. The flipflop actually coming with vary sizes, and you can request for the bigger size by pressing "0" from your comfort room and for the pool towel as well. The pool towel is based on the request for making guests more enjoying the lush nature rather than see the stack of the towels in the morning when you open the door. Most of our guests are spend their time outside enjoying the sunny day and warm breeze by the pool, therefore the coffee and tea that we provide in the room is limited to give more in-room space but we provide more selections upon breakfast and afternoon tea at the restaurant. With the largest crystal lagoon in South-East Asia and many variety of activities that we have in Treasure Bay, most of our guests doing their exercise outdoor by jogging around the pool, cycling and running. However we still considering to build mini gym for elevate the facilities that we have in the nearest future. The Treasure Bay is our sister company that run the activities and we provide special discount to our guests who would like enjoying water activities like kayaking, and others. Still, we thank you again for sharing your thoughts as we definitely can learn from this, and hope to get the chance to welcome you back and to our property, so as to leave a more favorable impression with you then.
