Ideal due to an early morning flight from BHX. Short drive to airport, clean comfortable room in quiet surroundings would definitely stay again if flying from BHX

The hotel was very well kept and first impressions were amazing. The rooms were also very clean when we came, however the beds were a bit stiff to sleep on but soft and comfy. The property is also very peaceful and a great space to take a walk around at any time, observing many play golf. The best part was the varied facilities. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Awesome location. We had a nice stay. The rooms and bathrooms are a but dated. Beds are all right. The pool is good for kids as its shallow. We enjoyed sona and steam rooms the most. Nice hot breakfast, although could do with some salads and vegs. We got lovely veg sausages. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent stay at Forest of Arden, and were very grateful as our prebooked accommodation fell through last minute. Staff were mostly very attentive and helpful, facilities were great (access to pool / spa with no extra charge), and they were very accommodating about a later check out. Very close to concert we were attending at the NEC and easy to get an Uber to the venue.

Property looks gorgeous, we'll book again for a longer stay in the Summer, and enjoy the facilities. The view from our room was of the car park, very disappointing. Staff in the Dining room took ages to take our order, although it may have been because they were new.

Myself and some friends had booked to go to an event at the works resorts arena so we wanted a hotel close by. This hotel was perfect and the cost was extremely reasonable which included use of the spa facilities inc. breakfast, which was really good with lots of food options. Would definitely book again if we were visiting the area

WORST bar/restaurant in years
hotel itself was great, room great and comfy breakfast really good HOWEVER the bar/restaurant was absolutely shocking, i ordered a soda water starter and main at the same time, i waited 30 min for my drink after i went to bar to complain, the starter took 40 min, after a hour i went back to bar and asked for my SALAD ........1 hour 10 min for a salad, they were just rubbish at there job, dont seem to know what is going on, even took me 15 minutes to pay my bill, he would hit the screen then walk away talk to his staff come back do it again, 3 times we were rudely interrupted by staff and he would just drop the customer and go speak to them the card machine even timed out he was chatting so much ...........they totally ruined the rest of the stay

Tucked away fabulous hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with all the little amenities included, friendly staff, great pool and spa facilities that is open till late. Caution when driving at night, narrow unlit roads. Other than that, great location for Bear Grylls and NEC. Would definitely visit again!

Great place to stay and I beautiful setting, staff were very attentive and helpful. My only disappointment was the cost of drinks at the bar. I’m no cheapskate but £8.50 for a house spirit and a mixer is a tad sptieful. Overall didn’t spoil our stay but worth a mention

Nice hotel, arrived and electrics had gone and also went the next day. Wi-fi was mediocre. Breakfast was lovely except on Saturday when it was very busy. Room cleanliness was good to look at and then the finer detail needed refining. Webs and spiders at higher level. You are in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to travel if not eating in. Also had spa treatments which were excellent. Pool was nice along with the gym facilities. Carpets just need updating in the rooms and corridors. Shower was rubbish and def in need of update, slow flow and fixed to the wall.

Nice Airport Hotel.
The staff were lovely and the service amazing. The food was also really good too. The hotel was somewhat dated though and after returning from holiday where we had stayed in some really nice equivalent hotels, it was slightly disappointing.

The area and approach is very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The bed was nice and firm. Bathroom was clean and of a good size. Phone and wifi signal is terrible. Television did not work so we asked at reception, the receptionist came to the room to deliver extra towels and promised that someone would come to fix but no one came. The electricity went off 4 times overnight. Switches operate all the lights in the room so unable to switch on side lights without lighting up the whole room. Breakfast was vast and nice apart from the scrambled eggs which were bland. Check out was smooth.
