One of the Best in the Boras
Stay was of 5 days, and was nice. Reception of arrival was very pleasant. Room have all the basic amenities. Located nearly 11 mins away from Train/Bus central and 2 mins away from heart of City.

Average hotel that does the job
The room was quite nice, though the bathroom could use some fixing... The room in itself was "cozier" than the average hotel room but not spectacular. It was clean, the bed was good and the overall feel of the stay was nice. The breakfast is served in what is more a nightclub-looking venue than a restaurant and maybe not exactly inviting, but the breakfast itself was OK. I just literally *hate* the "faux" scrambled eggs that are made from powder or separated liquid egg white/yolk instead of just cracking actual eggs. The stay was satisfying though and overall it was OK.

Value for money hotel
Average hotel with good breakfast and large rooms. The rooms are not in perfect condition. As long as you get a room towards the garden it is ok, since there is a night club on the front side with lots of drunk youngsters it is quite noisy. No AC.

Fine hotel in good location.
Very friendly staff. Room rather small, but OK. Centrally located even if it's a back street, meaning that location very good. Breakfast included is always nice, though more and more rare unfortunately. Previously I never stayed in Best Western hotels, but since they now have ceased their cooperation with NRA one can do that again.

Good location, that's it.
Not very professional staff: check-in receptionist, breakfast service. Uncomfortably low temperature in the room, not possible to control it; rattling room door. Pluses - good location ( in the city centre ), quick check-out.

A Nice hotel for business trips
Hotel was nice and clean, if a little off the main thoroughfares. The hotel restaurant was very good, with a very French menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the tap water very pleasant.

Excellent hotel with room in the back
The location of the hotel is great! The hotel staff is great! The cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed was great! The breakfast was great! All was great as long as you have a room on the back side. After my first night which was facing the street, I asked to move to a quieter room which was easily accommodated. That made all the difference in the world. If you are above the street it can be quite noisy because there is a bar next door and the patrons tend to be loud when leaving. Having said all this, I would only recommend staying there if you can be in the back. Since I was able to move rooms, I enjoyed it immensely.

Nightclub
Do not take a room on the nightclub side of building on a weekend. No sleep until 3am. But staff was very accomnidating and moved me in the middle of the night and did not charge me for the room.

Comfortable stay in Borås
Took part in Linnémarschen walking event. Good to have a place to stay in the centre of the town and fairly close to the starting point of the event. All in all, the hotel can well be recommended as a very good price quality relation.

Rum utan fönster
Vi fick ett nybyggt rum utan fönster, vilket gjorde att man inte kunde få in frisk luft. Det kändes som om man var instängd utan möjlighet att komma ut.

Möttes av en kalldusch på kvällskvisten av personalen som tog emot, hon verkade besvärad o kändes less på sitt jobb. Kallt på rummet, iskallt. Räknade till 3 bärbara värmeelement, 1 pelarvärmare, ruskigt dåligt utbud på frukosten, persinalrn i fråga får bottenbetyg
