An amazing stay in Bordeaux with if walking distance of the town square and the most beautiful amenities. The staff was extraordinary and one of the kindest and most hospitable team. From greeting, to check in, to dinner reservations, to breakfast our host team of Sylvain, Dylan, Nicolas, and Indira - they made this stay (our first time) in Bordeaux very special and went above and beyond. The breakfast and dinner options at Madamme B was also extraordinary! The amenities are beautiful, the hotel was recently remodeled and the room had beautiful features and was very clean and welcoming. We also loved the decor - this stay was a 10/10 stars and would highly recommend.

Good hotel on edge of the centre
Very nice hotel. Although the rooms a little tired. The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay and there. There was a very unwelcome drilling noise every morning about 8:30 The underground parking was good. But overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Bordeaux.

Absolutely Amazing!
From the moment we arrived at this hotel the service was amazing. Indira on reception helped so much nothing was too much trouble for her . We were only staying for one night but she gave us a detailed map with points of interest she really is a credit to this hotel and so is Nicolas who was at breakfast the following day day fantastic members of staff that go way and above to help you. The breakfast is beautifully layed out with lots of variety and fresh produce. The hotel is in a fantastic location just 7 minutes walk away from the main attractions and the layout of the hotel is wonderful the rooms are perfectly designed and so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be going back and absolutely love the Hotel. If you are considering booking dont hesitate.

For 4 star hotel They had the absolute worse mattress ever. It was made os plastic and at night I could feel the heat coming out of it There is a major construction right next door and alot of noise. Be aware They should have shared this. I would not recommend this place

Location was good and staff were nice. Room was spacious but not so well organised and shower door opening the wrong way, breakfast was fine just that the tables are small to put stuff on it

Nice hotel
The hotel is modern with large rooms. The people spoke great English and treated us well. The hotel is a little outside the area where most tourist attractions are, but within a ten or fifteen minute walk. The nearest tram is about ten minutes away. We found good restaurants nearby.

Pretty and Friendly
Really friendly staff in this pretty hotel. (Also very pretty staff at this very friendly hotel!). Covid kept public areas shut, but in room food was nice and a short walk to the historic centre. Comfy bed too. Very nice stay.

Pulled out all the stops!
Very courteous and attentive staff. The bar and restaurant were so nice it made us want to stay in, rather than explore Bordeaux. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel.
Thomas the concierge was excellent. Breakfast was pretty much self service because the servers were lazy. Check in and check out good. A little out of the way. The dining room decor was nice. Rooms well furnished.

Elegant, but somewhat remote.
Very nice hotel. A little out of the way from town center. Room was elegant, but need more or brighter lighting. Nespresso was Great!. Stephan at reception really recommended great restaurants.

Rooms were very large for a European hotel. Everything was clean on surface, but there were some marks on the walls and floors (signs of wear/age).

Beautiful hotel. Friendly courteous, helpful staff. Really really nice. I loved staying there. It’s very close to shopping, also restaurants and places of interest. Almost everywhere was within 15 minutes walk.
