Paid for two queen beds and received two full beds. Was then told we could not have cots to make up for the downgrade in room. The outlets in the room did not work. Was very small and overall not what I paid for, very disappointed in our stay and the service.

Great location . Staff was great . The only complaint I had is that the dumpsters for the hotel were below our room several levels and there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night of things getting thrown into them .crashing and banging type noises .
Great value for the cheap price! Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and location is great. Starbucks right downstairs.
