This is a very shoddy renovation of an old hotel made to look new. There were broken tiles in our bathroom that looked like rat holes and a picture was securely stuck crooked on the wall. We were only staying for one night while traveling through and needed a pet friendly hotel. But, the reviews on Expedia were much too generous for this poorly maintained hotel.
The beds were like sleeping on concrete, there was nothing comfortable about the beds at all. Ended up not being able to sleep more than 4hrs because of the beds, would not recommend.
We found everything to our liking. We could park near our room, and the breakfast was excellent. The facilities were clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again.
Hotel said pet friendly, but charged $40 extra pet fee. No disclosure at time of booking.

Hi Duane. Thank you so much for your review on our property. I wanted to clear up the pet fee that you have listed as not being disclosed. When you visit our page on the Expedia webiste, under policies, it states clearly Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 40 per accommodation, per night. We hope you will consider us again in the future for your hotel needs.
Felt like place was unsafe and dirty all around very cheap, would not recommend. Also tried to get a refund, but you guys did not respond , we didn’t even stay there at all and we were still charged almost $300 for 3 nights that we did not use. We will never use Expedia again. Not worth it!!!!!

Hi April, Thank you for taking time to review your experience with us. First lets address the financials. You booked through a third party, they handle the financials for the stay. A preauthorization was done for pre-check in but was reversed when you decided to leave. This can take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to remove the hold. After speaking with the front desk representative that attempted to check you in, you did not actually inhabit the room. What I find curious is how you can place such a judgement on our property when you didn't step foot in the room. Our lobby is immaculate and so is the property as you enter the building. Personal preference is a part of being human and we understand that you might not have felt comfortable with an outdoor entry room. Our upstairs rooms are accessed via a secure corridor, providing security that isn't available on the ground level and we would have been happy to place you in one of those rooms. If you have not seen the hold released, please contact your financial institution. We do hope that you will give us a chance in the future to show you how delightful our property is and how each one of us puts that little extra in EXTRAordinary hospitality.
Front staff was very nice and it was an easy check in and out.

The hotel was close to I -65 and a number of places to eat - we were simply stopping overnight night so really didn’t experience the facilities much - generally it was quite good although parts were abit tired and could use a little TLC
Very nice hotel. It was a quiet place to stay. Lots of food options close by. Beds and rooms were clean. One of the better hotel breakfasts i have had. Staff kept everything stocked. Would definitely stay again when in town
Great stay overnight. Close to highway and had a decent breakfast. Quiet and safe with good rate. Comfy beds and easy parking. Would update fridge microwave and shower a bit. Bathroom was ice cold and was blowing cold air, but a hot shower. Staff was nice. Would recommend for the price.
The heater in our room was broken. It never shut off when it got to temperature. My husband had to get up throughout the night to turn it off and back on when the room got too cold. The road noise was also TERRIBLE. We have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the worst for road noise. The eggs were cold and there was no breakfast meat.

Hi Nicole. Thank you so much for taking time to review your stay here in Bowling Green. Thank you for letting us know about the HVAC unit, I will have maintenance check it out first thing. I do wish you had let the front desk know about the road noise, we would have been happy to find you a room that was quieter. In regards to breakfast, we are very sorry that there was not meat available the morning of your stay, our oven decided it no longer wanted to work and the only option was to not have meat and to resource another oven. We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future to show you that we really do put that little ETRXA in extraordinary hospitality.
The night stands were obviously not wiped down as there was beverage circles present. The door lock looked like it had been kicked in, this left us feeling like the room has a criminal past!
Nice and quiet. Had a tornado blow by and we were given instructions where to go in case it got bad enough. Great people serving breakfast at the free continental breakfast.
