We had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent easy walking to the tram and just a little further to the main railway station. The staff were excellent. Nice place to explore Bremen and Northern Germany.

Highly recommend stay in this hotel
Staying here was best choice, we loved our room , beds was very comfortable, rooms clean and cosy . Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast amazing, highly recommended book also breakfast , we enjoyed very much!

it was cold in the room the first night I opened a little for the heat (just under 3) When I returned from the fair in the evening, it was closed again. It was very cold to sit and watch TV

Small hotel with a traditional European feel. Good for business travelers looking for a location close to the central train station. Clean and quiet with lots of character.

Pack light and avoid driving, if possible.
This historical hotel is well maintained beyond our expectations. The room is spacious and breakfast delicious. The location is close to convention center and train station. But there are issues to be noticed. There is no elevator/lift, though Hotels.com incorrectly says there is. It is hard to carry large luggage upstairs/downstairs. The driveway is very narrow and we noticed previous drivers scratched the side walls.

The location was in a quiet street only a few minutes walk to the main train station and only a 15 minute walk into the centre. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillow too soft. The aircon wasn't really any good and a bit noisy, they did provide a fan towards the end of my stay but that was even noisier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine.

Bremen Hotel
Small hotel in nice old building 1 tram stop from train station. So location very convenient. Room size typical for Europe. Modern if compact bathroom. Small workdesk. Internet worked well. Very nice buffet breakfast, with good and broad selection of items. One note - beds were rock hard, so if for people with a personal preference for softer beds, sleep may be hard.

Pleasant stay
The Hotel residence Bremen is a nice, affordable and conveniently located hotel near downtown Bremen. The staff was very helpful and the room was modern, spacious and quiet. We had an excellent stay.

Two night stay
A nice small hotel no tea or coffee in the room pitty!.If walking to the hotel at night best to walk through the main train station and out the back entrance and turn right three minute walk and you are at the hotel, avoid the road underpass under the railway tracks.Very handy if you are catching an early morning train.A plesant twenty minute walk to good shopping streets. Would I stay there again? YES

Beautiful neighborhood
This hotel is in a neighborhood of stately older homes. It is beautifully restored and the rooms are decorated and furnished around a theme. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative point was that the hotel is very close to the train station and therefore rather noisy. However, the hotel is a short walk to the city center and shops, restaurants and points of historical interest. We would stay here again.

So so close to the centre
We only spent an afternoon and a night but found it really convenient for shopping and snacking in the old town.

Excellent location, friendly people
Lovely hotel with a friendly, family feel - really appreciated the staff who accommodated my entire lack of German language! Close to the convention centre where I attended a conference and just a short taxi-hop from Bremen centre, Felt very welcomed, even though I don't speak German. Really can't fault it - already booking for next year!

Fantastic breakfast
Although I only stayed two nights, I got a very good impression of this hotel. The location is great - literally a two minute walk from the train station. The room was big and clean as can be expected. The breakfast was without a doubt one of the best I've had when on vacation! The one negative thing I would say is that my room was a little close to the trains, so on occation I could hear the rumblings outside my window. They were however very infrequent and I didn't notice it after a while. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Bremen!

Nettes kleines Hotel mit Charme und individuellen Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich. Nur am Kleiderschrank in meinem Zimmer sollte man das Schloss reparieren.

Hyggeligt ældre hotel. Gode senge. Lydtætte vinduer. Havde værelse mod togskinner, men hørte kun tog, hvis vinduer stod åbne. Rigtig lækker morgenmad og meget serviceorienteret personale. Tæt på Messecenter og sporvogn og kort til centrum.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Super zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Trotz Nähe der Bahnschienen sehr ruhig (zur Not liegen im Bad Ohrstöpsel bereit). Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab's eine große Auswahl. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch wenn Sie Recht klein sind ist alles nötige vorhanden. Bad war ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich. (Einige Dinge waren leicht kaputt wie eine Fliese oder Amatur was aber komplett akzeptabel ist) In allem würde ich wieder kommen den für das Geld bieten andere Hotels weniger!
