Instructions were good and easy to check in. Property was close to bus stops to get into town and public transport was good. There was only parking for one car which we were aware of but if the plants were removed at the front you could probably fit two cars on the drive. We found the towels a bit small and would have preferred bath sheets. There was no lock on the downstairs bathroom unfortunately which was a little uncomfortable, and no plug in the sink - my husband lost his toothbrush head!! Overall we were comfortable and happy with the location.

Relaxing and spacious
The location of this property was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. Communication with the agent was straightforward. House was very spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen was decently equipped. We had Apple TV available which was nice too as in the evenings we just sat and watched some Harry Potter movies. I feel this property was well maintained and would recommend to get it for big and small groups.

Lovely property, arrived to wine and chocolates on the table which was a nice touch. Was perfect four our 2 young families to enjoy some time away together in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which wasn't too far from the centre of Brighton. Great communication with the host throughout.

Clean, spacious, well resourced property!
Excellent property for me, my bridesmaids and mother over our wedding weekend. Ample parking with a drive and roadside. LOADS of Deliveroo options which was so helpful as we ran out of time to sort dinner the night before! Loved some sneaky Vrbo love we found….! Bex was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Single beds on top floor are creaky and move a little, but they were comfortable and we slept well. Beautiful outside space and decor inside! Thanks Bex!
