"I arrived early, and they were able to hold my luggage while explored the city. I arrived back later for my 3 PM check in time, and my room still wasn't ready, but the front desk clerk was extremely apologetic, kind, and professional, and he assured me the room would be ready in a few minutes, and it was! He offered me water while I waited, and he was also very friendly and helpful since I also accidentally lost my luggage ticket, but he remembered who I was, so I lucked out. So, I am more impressed with the way a hotel staff handles their guests more than I am with my room being a little late, and they really handled that well."

"This was an amazing hotel. Very clean and a unique hotel like no other. It was modern and fast to check in and out with self service option too. It is a must to stay at this hotel if you are staying in Brussels, the location is perfect near the bars, restaurants and shops, and train stations with only a few minutes walk. There is some great surprises at the hotel which were funny and very generous but I will leave that for you to find out. Me and my husband had an amazing stay for a city break for the first time. I would highly recommend this hotel it will not disappoint :) x thank you x "
