"If you want to stay on the river, this the perfect place. Close to restaurants and garage parking. The condo was spotless and very beautiful! We loved it. The neighbors were super friendly too!"

"House was beautiful with plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area and the pool (although it was cold, the kids still went in). There was plenty of sleeping room for our family of 8 and plenty of bathrooms (very important with teenagers!). The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of extras. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to the area."

"Gr8 Colorado River view, room perfect, clean and functional for an extended stay while I look for an apartment. Four ladies @front counter extremely customer friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. Housekeeping does an exceptional job to make my room especially clean and stocked, love to mention everyone's name but maybe inappropriate online. Water pressure great in shower, queen size bed very firm and comfortable. Working for Choice Hotels in the past as maintenance I give this a 5 Star review can't find one negative thing to say,, Thanks to Lori and her hardworking staff."

"Upon arrival the location, cleaniness and amenities exceeded expectations! The house has a beautiful skyline view and is in a safe community. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. I would definitely rent again in the future!"
