Spacious 6 bedroom villa in a quiet and attractive residential area of Cambrils.
This cozy house of 240 m² located 300 meters from the beach, is an excellent choice for families who want to enjoy some time outdoors on the large plot of 800m² and, at the same time, enjoy a modern and renovated home that has all the comforts. The villa has free Wi-Fi and is distributed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Large living room equipped with TV & DVD, air conditioning and with direct access to the porch and garden with private swimming pool. The fireplace cannot be used.
- 2 Bedrooms (1 double and other single)
- 1 Bathroom complete with bathtub
- Spacious and modern fully equipped kitchen.
- Exuberant well kept garden.
- Private swimming pool (8x4 m)
- Porch with garden furniture and sun loungers around the pool.
- Outdoor barbecue area with bar and outdoor kitchen.
- There is an area inside the plot for parking.
First floor:
- Corridor distributor equipped with air conditioning.
- 4 double rooms (1 of them with bunk beds) equipped with fans.
- 1 bathroom with shower.
Surroundings:
The villa is located in the La Dorada residential, a very quiet residential area 2.5 km south of the centre of Cambrils. The city of Cambrils is located in the heart of the Costa Dorada and is one of the main tourist destinations in Catalonia, distinguished with the quality label "Family holiday destination". Cambrils is well known for its good climate and beautiful beaches, but also for its culture, delicious seafood and traditional cuisine (it is the gastronomic capital of Costa Dorada), nature, traditions and water sports and nautical activities.
300 m from the villa there are the beach, the beach bars or "chiringuitos", the play areas and the promenade that connects the villa with the centre of Cambrils and its exclusive marina and fishing port with a pleasant seesight walk and two-lane bicycle path (bicycles for rent at various points in Cambrils). Following the bicycle path you can reach Salou along the beautiful beaches of the coast.
Groups and parties are not accepted in this villa.
