Highly Recommend This Boutique Hotel!
My daughter and I stayed here for a quick weekend away and had the best time! The hotel is wonderful and the entire staff was professional and courteous. Alex was particularly helpful and the nice woman in charge of breakfast made sure we had everything we wanted. The courtyard is beautiful and private. We felt very relaxed and happy staying here.

Bike Friendly. Excellent stay & great staff.
Beautiful hotel. Bed is bigger than in other hotels I stayed in France which means my legs fit. Comfortable bed and pillows make for a very good night's sleep. Room is spacious with big L shaped desk by corner windows. Room has a vaulted ceiling with LED accented lighting; nice touch. Bike is parked in a store room. Reception staff is very friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. Highly recommended.

Read about the limited amenities
Very clean, however no coffeemaker or free water in room, or room service, and no shampoo. Had to use hand soap to wash your hair!

The property was nice and well kept! The staff was also very nice. However, we had an issue. We added a person to our trip two months prior to leaving. We emailed each hotel to make adjustments. This hotel said it was fine and adjustments necessary. We we checked in we were taken to our room, and all seemed good. Then we received a phone call that we could not have four guest. We went to front desk and they asked us to pull up the email. We couldn’t get the email as it was archived and we were out of the country and the email wasn’t working correctly. Anyways after an hour I asked what is it you would like ?? Finally one man said 45.00. After so long.... not a problem for us this should have been said in the beginning. Then when we returned that night they had put a cot in the room that we said we did not need. They said it was for safety. Made no sense, as it crowed the room. Poor policies and they did not trust our word. When we arrive back home next week I will send them the email. Made us feel unwanted ... not good

Modern boutique hotel, poor checkout system
Modern decor boutique hotel. Rooms were comfortable clean and modern, however hotel was not exactly in a picturesque setting. No views, so if that's what your after this isn't the hotel for you. Breakfast was good, fresh orange juice great coffee and plenty of variety. My only gripe for poor rating was checkout was a disaster. 11 am was last checkout. Far too early especially as breakfast was till 12 on day we stayed. Also checkout took far to long to pay, approx 20-30 mins and even them they got it wrong and called to say we still owed for breakfast........!

We were disappointed that we were unable to check in an hour earlier even though we had sent an email ahead requesting early check-in which they advised they could not promise. The indoor parking of this hotel is hazardous with extremely tiny parking spots and entrance/exit extremely different to maneuver. . The hotel should suggest alternative parking. Thankfully one of their maintenance workers offered to park the car. The location is in a quiet area with a short walk to the beautiful Croisette, shops and restaurants. The grounds, though small, are very nice.

We enjoyed our stay for 7 nights. Location is superb and hotel staff is extra helpful on anything. Train times, printing tickets, always very pleasant. Room was spacious enough for a couple and 2 teenage kids. Only missing were tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent but a bit pricey. Would definitely recommend it

Great Hotel
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided us with a lot of information regarding the area. Great location as it was only about 10 minutes walk to all the amenities - shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet.

Lovely Boutique hotel near Sea
Wow, what a lovely hotel, When we arrived we had a lovely warm welcome and the staff were extremely friendly and kind and spoke very good English As we had a baby they also provided us with a crib and also a very cute little cuddly toy which were waiting in the room already The Cezanne is less then 10 minute walk from the coastline with all the shopping district in between the hotel and the coastline Due top French laws there are no kettles in the rooms which made warming food and milk or our baby difficult but once again the staff were extremely helping in bringing hot water to our room The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, the toilet was separate to the bathroom, the Bathroom itself was what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. All in all i have stayed in 5 star hotels in the past and the Cezanne although small in stature gives 5 star hotels run for their money, and those who think the hotel is bad i am afraid are used to 5 star luxury and being pampered, this hotel is not that but is luxury in a different way Overall really enjoyed our stay at the Cezanne

Small nice hotel
The hotel is located in a walking distance of the beach and other attractions. I had a superior room which was clean with a modern decoration and a good lighting. There was a mini bar in the room but surprisingly for a 4-star hotel there was no tea or coffee maker in the room or complementary coffee at the lobby. Also, I had put my driver licence on the desk at my room but couldn't find it when packing on last day!

Dear Mehdi S Thank you for your comment about your stay in Cannes. The location of the Cezanne hotel is ideal. Indeed, you don’t have to take transport to enjoy the city-center. We are glad you enjoyed the design of our rooms which are modern and comfortable. We don’t have tea or coffee maker in the bedrooms but a room service is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day. We investigated in the hotel to find your driver licence but we did not find it... we are sorry about that and we hop you found a solution. We hope to see you soon in our hotel :) Best regards,
