It’s a lovely hotel; lobby is cute and clean. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious and bathrooms are big. Amenities for the room are great. Bed and pillows were a little too soft but comfortable. Staff didn’t come to the room twice when they said they would send someone to retrieve the bags from the car and to bring the luggage cart. Biggest con is the price of breakfast 200Dhm for a small selection of food items at their breakfast Buffett.

The towels were thread bare, very thin and raggedy. Also, headboards need to be replaced as they were scratched up and upholstery was torn, amenities on Expedia were in an adjacent hotel that we did not have access to...very disappointing.

I booked a room at the hotel for my fiancé, it was non refundable, she was denied access at the reception because of a “ law in Morocco that states that a single woman living in the same city is not allowed to stay in a hotel”. I was told at the reception that they will issue a refund however it never happened. The hotel team ignored multiple emails I sent them, they ignored phone calls by Expedia team . They should be announcing that clearly in the ads and not just rip people off their money😡😡

Ovrall ok but be too expensive roomservice
Good service, good hotel, breakfast more then Ok, taxi service to airport is way overpriced in the description, taxi costs 300 not 600 as mentioned. Adding 100,- for room service is not ok, you can eat out for 70 in the surrounding

It was not a bad hotel the stay was good but they need to train their staff better they are sometimes rude and are unresponsive we asked for some towels and they said they would bring it up but they never came and we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping to bring some. The bathroom door won't close properly either. The electricy in the room requires the key to be in the wall in order to work. Our hotel key stopped working after the first day and I had to go back and get other one. Overall meh...okay experience I guess room was clean and housekeeping was good. Front staff need to be nicer and more responsive.

This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip! Kwahla, Manal, Ahmed and Mustafa were the best, they helped with information, with exchanging money, they were so friendly, that alone would have been worth it! Its not too far from the city, and the room was very big woth a fridge and a nice bathroom. Although there was no pool, there was a nice exercise room (gym). Casablanca is a busy city, the peaceful experience at Grand Mogador Marina was a great balancer!

The floor of theroom and the bathroom is so dirty no hot water. It looks like the staff was not prepared the room despite our late arrival. One of the light was broken. Didn’t recommend it
