"The staff at Palace Catania were excellent, they suggested a great walking tour, places to eat and were very helpful. The staff went out of their way to provide assistance in every way. The location perfect to see everything that Catania had to offer. The food at the rooftop restaurant was good and the view was incredible. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was well updated and felt more like a boutique hotel. "

"Nice and quiet and just a touch outside of Catania, so easy to travel the surrounding area like to Aci Castello and to Mt. Etna. Great staff will to help when ever asked for certain information! Great customer service and breakfast was fantastic, there baked on site assorted croissants were outstanding! "

"Staff at all level are very friendly, nice hotel. Except the walking tour I booked, there was communication issues, they don’t pick up at hotel, I was waiting for 45 mins no one showing to meet me. Overall is very good hotel. "

"Hotel is located on the most central street in Catania, Via Etnea. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he will answer any of your questions and help whenever needed Rooms are beautiful and very spacious, they have a balcony, refrigerator, private bathroom. There is also a cofee machine in the hallway. Although it us on a noisy street, the room is soubdproof. Loved the vintage vibe to it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone exploring Catania"
