Inside, an open floor plan welcomes you with natural light and stunning views of both the lake and the saltwater pool from nearly every room. The cozy living area is centered around a gas fireplace, offering the perfect place to gather for conversation or a movie night. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, featuring modern appliances, a center island with bar seating, and a wet bar for mixing drinks or serving up lakeside snacks. The adjacent dining space is made for shared meals and late-night laughs, all with a backdrop of water views.
The main house comfortably sleeps six guests across three stylish bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and peaceful lake views, while two queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each room is thoughtfully designed for restful nights and relaxed mornings.
Need a little extra space? The private guest apartment above the garage is your solution. This fully equipped space sleeps up to four guests and includes a full bathroom, cozy lounge area, and everything needed for a comfortable, independent stay—ideal for teens, in-laws, or friends who appreciate a little added privacy.
Step outside and you'll see why Island Breeze lives up to its name. The expansive wrap-around deck is made for lazy mornings, sunset cocktails, and outdoor grilling. Lounge poolside under the Carolina sun, soak in the bubbling hot tub, or walk down to your private dock for a front-row seat to lake life. We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
