Disliked: Amenities
This property was one down from pontins. It was really run down and the reception part was like a toilet block. Not nice at all. We were in the middle of a busy trading estate. I’d avoid. Came here with my girlfriend, we won’t be back again!!

Booked a twin room and was given a double. Not really suitable for a 50 year old mom & her 17 year son. Went back to reception but they only had a double.

Very dated motel hotel
The hotel is very dated with everything covered in woodchip and magnolia. My room carpet was stained and it was obvious that it was a pet friendly hotel and I had to be moved to another room. The full English breakfast was awful and inedible. Despite my complaint about the food, I was not offered any refund or discount. Overall, the staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to improve customer interaction. One positive - convenient for Runcorn station.
