Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. The staffs at reception told us that the rooms are cleaned every other day.
No hot water on the second day so had to do with cold showers. The staffs at the reception desk made up some ridiculous explanation about the room being too far from the boiler and the hot water having to travel further to get to us. Seriously? Our room was on the first floor near the stairs.
The hot water inside the room doesn’t immediately heat up. You have the run the water for around ten minutes and hope for that at some point it heats up.
The pillows are uncomfortable, too hard and ridiculously large.
The duvet is thin so we were cold during the nights. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and unsuitable to be used as a bed.
Our room was cleaned on the second day but it was barely cleaned. Dirty cups, drinking glasses and teaspoons were left inside the room. No new or clean cups/glasses.
Garbage not cleared from the room so having the displeasure of spending part of our stay with the rubbish inside the room.
There was no information inside the room. No information given at reception regarding the full guest services that are available. No details about the dining options so we didn’t ate at the hotel.
On a whole I am extremely disappointed and I would not stay at this hotel again for a leisure break. Look closely and you can see that the place is not very clean. It is surface wipe to look presentable.
