Fab hotel for Disney. Everything we needed. Shuttle service excellent. Visited with 2 kids, great to have a separate room for the kids and a little kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Staff all very friendly. Highly recommend and will visit again!

Very friendly welcome from the front desk on check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping centre and easy access to Disneyland. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here. Stayed for 3 nights with the main purpose of trip being disneyland for our 3 yr old daughter. The customer service is just excellent. More than what I expected. Davide at front desk was just a natural and we felt very welcomed along with all the other staff we exountered. The suite is perfect for families with children as they have a kitchnette and they are generous in size. I love how close this property is to the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants and food options nearby and mini marts. Also loved that there was afordable parking on site but we didnt have to drive to disney as there is a free, reliable and fast shuttle service to disneyland parks which you request in the lobby and its ready in 10 mins and when you are leaving the parks you call and they come back for you within 10 mins. The price for what you get at this hotel is exceptional. We all enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will surely stay here again on our next trip.

Couldn't fault this hotel, tge staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and amenities were good. Great location for the RER and very quick journey to disneyland. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service. Very close to shopping centre too. Highly reccomend this hotel.

The hotel is top notch. Breakfast is great, the spa has a legitimately hot steam room and sauna, the mini-bar is included and refilled everyday, and there’s a free shuttle to/from Disney. The ONLY reason this isn’t five stars across the board for me is that we had a loft room and the temperature in the upper (master) bedroom area was waaay too hot, as in sleeping with no blankets each night and still a bit too warm. Other than that, this place is fantastic!

Great family stay for Disneyland
Great hotel, modern and very clean with friendly and helpful staff. We loved the proximity to Disneyland and the free hotel shuttle! Also the pool and spa were great too.

I love that the metro station is right there. There is a little shopping store a block away for food snacks to have in room, It was raining a lot so the spa was nice My 3rd stay here and I'll be back.

Service was good at desk and especially at cinceirge and transport team (has it's own minivan to Disney!). Seemed like no one had used our room for few months though.There was dust on all less touched surfaces eg top of heater rails, lamps etc. And the bedside table prevents the bathroom door from even closing! Seriously. Had to remove it completely out of the room. Bathroom taps leaked from the base wetting the sink vanity and the 2 adjacent taps were different for some reason. Seems like a got some sort of standby/spare room.

Very nice property near to Disney Paris. Shuttle service for free available basically all day long making easier the transportation Hotel-Disney-Hotel. Spa (pools) available for kids from 10-12 and 15-17. Kids really enjoyed. Highly recommend, great price-benefit.

The hotel was clean, well located for the parks but showing a few signs of general ware and tare. Stained furniture and cupboards but really just superficial. Except the air-conditioning which didn't seem to function correctly in any of the 3 rooms we booked. The beds were large and very comfortable and all bed linen and towels were spotless. The shuttle bus service to the park is slightly misleading however - it is in fact a small fleet of people carriers. The drivers were great and I can't fault them but you could be waiting a longtime at the end of the night with a capacity of only 7.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is so convenient for a trip to Disneyland, great restaurant and shopping options nearby and good transport links. The bed was so comfy and we enjoyed the spa.

My partner and I loved staying in the junior suite here. There were two single beds joined together, a pull out couch, a bath/shower combo and a separate shower and toilet in another bathroom. There was a dishwasher, cutlery, pans, glasses, wine glasses, tea cups and a decent sized fridge. The pool area was nice and relaxing, the spa and sauna were very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, including the staff that run the Disney shuttle. Would definitely come back here for another Disney visit! Some maintenance points: the kettle was leaking water and the toilet was creaking when sitting on it 😟 and the door to the room often wouldn’t close on first try.

Concierge and front desk staff provided great service - absolutely awesome. Hotel was in great condition and clean. Rooms were a good size. Shuttle to the parks was quick and available when ever required. Two constructive criticisms from me. The staff member who came to turn down the fold out couch didn't knock and just made his way in - not good enough for me, especially with my wife and daughter in the room. (I wasn't that happy) And a hotel that appears to predominantly service a Disney really shouldn't restrict kids time to the pool for four hours a day - especially when those hours finish at 5. (10-12 & 3-5).

Great hotel - Location great for disney right next to a super market , 5 min walk to shopping centre, 5 min walk to Train stop We booked a Junior suite which surprisinlgy had a hot plate, microwave which was a nice surprise with the kids. Only negative was that air conditioning made a loud banging noise which made sleeping difficult. When I complained to the hotel they promptly offered an other room, also offered ear plugs. As we were only there for one night and it was already late and kids were asleep I went with the ear plug option and it went fine.

Property located is by Disney Paris, and of cause this property being used to stay with kids to visit Disneyland. But,....property has so many restrictions towards the kids. Small example. It has the pool, but kids(less than 18) only able to use pool with parents 2 hours before noon and 2 hours after. They explained it with liability issues. Ha ha , and there is opinion that Americans are overprotecting kids. Another inconvenient restriction is no teenagers allowed in the gym even with parents. Property is little bit outdated. No usb ports in outlets at all. Make sure you have own adapters and chargers for your mobile electronics, especially if you are international travelers. Generaly speaking hotel is not bad. But some inconveniences making feel you it is not your perfect stay, especially for money you pay.

Fabulous hotel close to Disney adn the Chessy Train Station. This was a great hotel to stay at when visiting Disney land. They provide a free shuttle service to and from Disney whenever you like. Very helpful and friendly drivers. The hotel itself was lovely, we stayed in the junior suite with an adjoining room which was brillliant. The little kitchenette was really helpful as we took a picnic with us to Disney each day. The breakfast selection was excellent, one of thr best i have had. Staff very helpful. Its was also a bonus as we were able to use the Spa pool at certain times which the kids enjoyed. I would definately return and recommend this Hotel, especially as an alternative to staying at a Disney hotel.

My family's ( we were 3) stay at the hotel was amazing. From the moment I stepped it at reception, the staff were lovely and always ready to help. I booked a room with the terrace, loved it! They thought of every little thing to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchenette is equipped with sponges and dishwasher tablets. I was pleasantly surprised. Had a another seperate shower & toilet to the main ensuite in Robes & towels very soft and fluffy, etc the real deal. They definitely give a 5 star service. And the location is near various eatries, the train station and shopping centres. Yes it is a long train ride into Paris but I didn't mind that since I knew I had a lovely hotel to come back to. I also used the gym, steam and sauna. Well impressed. My only irritation with my holiday was wasting my time at Disneyland Paris queues when i could have been enjoying my hotel. And they are quick to rescue you once you ring them( also have a whatsapp line). Lovely how pick up os on demand and you can go back to Disney in the evening if you wish. There is a supermarket in the mall as well. I will definitely be back.
