Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the location was good. The facilities felt a little dated--relatively few amenities to recharge electronics, the bathroom was a bit tired, and the like. A reasonably good value.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, great rooms, tasty breakfast options, two gyms, lots of food options, and there’s a mall near by. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chicago.

Everything was OK except for the bathroom door rattled.So bad every time you opened it.It woke everybody up so I had to take cardboard and fix it

I will definitely be back here again. This was our first time in Chicago. This hotel is incredible! Breakfast was above and beyond my expectations, staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, and well maintained. We stayed on the 11th floor and heard mild sounds of the fire trucks. We were worried it would be loud being in the city, but it was surprisingly not at all. Great location to everything, including the L train. The only negative would be how expensive parking is. Valet is the only way to go since public parking is 3 blocks or more away

Hotel staff was fantastic! Only complaint is that the hotel is located directly across the street from a fire station so it’s very loud all night. Walkable area, central to everything and they were able to accommodate early check in before 10am and hold my bags on the day of check out . Would definitely stay again

Front desk staff was generally surly and unhelpful. I got a text before arrival which I replied to asking about a king room with a city view, which they said was available. I said I'd love to have it and asked a question about a sofa bed. I never got a reply and they didn't give me the room they said they had. When we asked about it, the girl at check in couldn't have cared less. I will say the ladies at breakfast were all very nice and attentive and did a great job. But that didn't make up for the poor texting and the even worse front desk staff.

It was located near shopping and restaurants but not overly loud on the street The hotel was clean, breakfast was good The room was spacious but there were a few things that were loud like the doors and the heavy glass pocket doors on the bathroom Having the white noise machine was good

This is a great hotel. Nice breakfast and staff super friendly, specially Maria during breakfast time she was always smiling and asking what she could do for us. The bedroom is really big so it’s comfortable to have that much space. My only negative thing about to say is that the mattress was old so it wasn’t completely flat or confortable Besides that I’ll definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Location in River North area is ideal for access to transportation with lots of dining within a few blocks. Hotel is across street from a fire station with occasional sirens as fire trucks or ambulances left.

In general the hotel is correct. The only thing I didn't like is that they charged us 15 dollars to leave our bags before checking in.

Area was great - room was okay- what was really annoying was a family of 5 with three tiny kids, both days we came back to our hotel room after a long stretch of walking and exploring - the first time our carpets were being steam cleaned and when we came back our room was not excessible for 30 min so that put us late for our next reservations and our last time after coming back to our room exhausted hoping to pee and be on our way/ our room keys would not work and ended up waiting another 20 min for access into our room again! Personally while travelling I don’t spend a whole lot of time in our hotel room but we def need it when we need it and I have never had that happen before where the room I paid for is not available and has all my stuff inside..

We loved staying here. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. The sound machine in the room was nice to drown out the noises. Our kids absolutely LOVED the fire station across the street and watching the trucks come out and pull back in!
