"A beautiful building with well-maintained amenities. The attached restaurant served a fantastic lunch and dinner and a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the sound carrying between rooms. Located right in the heart of old town Krakow, it’s close to the main train station, a number of historical sites, restaurants and bars, and tourist attractions."

"Loved the hotel and facilities available very spacious and clean the only thing that wasn’t very nice was the breakfast fish, meats, salad etc at breakfast but apart from this it was perfect!"

"We stayed for 4 nights and we were not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want ranging from cooked breakfast selection of cheese and meats. Fresh fruit yogurt and cakes. I would hug"

"Olga at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again for the convenience to the Old Town. Only disadvantage was no parking available. We parked in a 24 hour lot approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel."
