Recently renovated apartment with private garden of 55m2. It consists of two double rooms and capacity for six people. In the garden has a jacuzzi and barbecue. It is close to all services (beaches 250m, restaurants, supermarkets and buses) but at the same time it is in a very quiet area for rest and no noise, since it is next to a natural area. fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge, butane gas, oven and microwave). The dining room has air conditioning, for cold and heat. Ideal to spend a good holiday guaranteed. JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM JULY 1 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 31ST.

Estancia perfecta, muy cerca de Ciutadella

Hemos pasado 4 días en este apartamento, muy cerca de Ciutadella, en una zona silenciosa y tranquila. La casa esta bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El propietario ha estado muy pendiente de todo, y a disposición por si necesitábamos algo. Y además nos permitió hacer el checkin antes, con lo que todo ha estado genial! Para la próxima, lo tendremos en cuenta!!! Una estancia muy recomendable! Gracias por todo!! :)

Minorca

la isla de Menorca merece ser visitada es preciosa. El departamento esta en buena ubicacion pero esta descuidado. El servicio de limpieza es inexistente y los muebles podrían arreglarse o reemplazarse. el sofá cama está roto y el colchón es más largo que la base que lo sostiene. el propietario José fue amable al proporcionarnos una persona para arreglar el jacuzzi que encontramos defectuoso y en cualquier caso no se solucionó el problema. Lamenté encontrar estos inconvenientes en una casa de vacaciones por primera vez. saludos roberta

Los propietarios han sido geniales

El apartamento esta muy bien, muy cómodo y no falta de nada. La zona es tranquila y esta muy bien situado. Los propietarios muy majos, atentos y cercanos. Además, tuvimos problemas con el barco, y nos ayudaron con la estancia para una noche mas. Estuvimos muy agusto, y lo recomiendo totalmente!

Bien mais des choses à revoir

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette location. Facile d’accès, remise des clés rapide, l’appartement est spacieux avec une grande et agréable terrasse. Il est également à proximité de plusieurs criques. Néanmoins, nous avions prévu de faire une balade en vélo mais seul un vélo sur quatre était disponible, les autres étant à plat et la pompe ne fonctionnait pas non plus .. par ailleurs, même si Jose n’en est pas responsable, il y a eu des bruits de voisinage du type aboiements de chien toutes les nuits donc prévoyez les boules quies ! le ménage dans la salle de bain est à revoir. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le jacuzzi pour le faire fonctionner, il a chauffé pendant 4 jours et puis plus rien donc nous n’en avons pas profité comme prévu. Malgré cela le propriétaire a été réactif quand nous en avions besoin.
