Location of the apartments is nice and convenient. Whoever is supposed to be the staff at reception was never there. We were told at check-in that they are only present for check-outs. At check-out we were told they are only present for check-ins :). We were late (3:30 PM) for our check-in, but checkout was at the time we were told. 0 staff interaction meant, we did not get to know the Wi-Fi and other details that probably were relevant to the stay. International travel, and no wi-fi and then no staff to ask questions in absence of wi-fi, isn't very helpful.

I was a bit disappointed. I felt the pictures made it look much nicer than it was. It wasn't bad but we stayed in the random attic room (#14) so we didn't have a balcony and it just didn't look like the pictures. The room wasn't ready for us at check in but the staff was friendly. We did like that you could walk to the one beach but I think if we were to travel to this island again we would have stayed in Mahon on the other side of the island.

Muy bien todo
Hotel muy cómodo, tanto por ubicación como por facilidad a la hora de ir a otras partes de Menorca. Nos recibió Alba y fue un encanto, nos explicó todo, enseñó la habitación y dió algunos consejos de visita. Las habitaciones muy correctas y, para lo que acostumbro a ver en alquiler de apartamentos, bastante equipada en cuanto a menaje de cocina. Al ser agosto cuando fuimos, nos pusieron un ventilador extra en la habitación sin pedirlo y la verdad es que, entre ese y el de techo, por la noche había que taparse. Las toallas y sábanas las cambian a los 3 días de estancia o si se pide. El wifi se cae a ratos pero funciona relativamente bien. Por poner un "pero", quizás un poco caro para ser lo que es... pero bueno, es Menorca y es caro en general el alojamiento allí. En términos generales, si fuera y encontrase otra oferta o descuento, iría sin problema; estuvo muy bien la estancia.
