Great time at a lovely hotel. All inclusive was good and pools brilliant for our 8 year old son. Minor grumbles - only restaurant often had big queues for hot buffet (more, distinct stations would help) and big queues at some times to be seated despite free tables for 4 (main reason being big groups of 5 clogging up the entrance waiting to be seated together). Also be prepared for music going on late if around main pool and on the sofa bed... bedroom itself was quiet. Local area is amazing with dozens of nice restaurants, shops and arcades for kids within 5mins walk aroubd the marina. Beautiful beach just 10 mins away. We will be back!

Marsenses is great for families both with young kids and teenagers. The apartments were nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a really nice stay and I would recommend for sure.

At the time I visited it was really quiet which I was surprised at due to how nice a place it was. Not only this the entire team were so welcoming and nice. The entertainment put on every single day was brilliant and the team putting on the entertainment did it with such energy. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, recommend to everyone!

Great holiday
Stayed in a very nice, two bed apartment that was recently updated to a high standard - can't fault it in anyway. Food was amazing, which I was pleasantly surprised by and definitely as good as, if not better than eating outside the hotel. Entertainment was great for the kids, who also loved the splash pool - as we went in October we quite often had the pool almost to ourselves! Overall a great hotel and great holiday.

The hotel itself was very good. Perfectly situated in Cala n Bosch for the harbour restaurants and beach. We liked the beach at Son Xoriguer better than the local beach which is only a 10 min walk. The food at the hotel was fantastic and all the staff in the restaurant, bar, also cleaners etc work incredibly hard and are very friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Usual selfish reserving of sunbeds though from early hours even though it says towels will be removed before 10am. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed although for a 4* hotel it was a bit old fashioned. There was also a smell in the bathroom sometimes from the drains/sewage system. I think this hotel suits families with younger children especially during the school holidays. The evening entertainment we found disappointing, compared to other places we have been. The kids club was still going in the bar area until gone 9pm which is fine if you have small kids but it was very loud and there is nowhere else to go to escape it. The adult evening entertainment which started at 9.30pm was in my opinion a bit naff and again on an all inclusive where we wanted to sit and have a few drinks, there was nowhere else to go to avoid it other than your room. The evening I would class as more of a 2-3* hotel unfortunately.

We found the hotel to be very kid friendly with daily activities and a nightly mini disco. The entertainment staff were so good with the children. There are four pools to choose from, two with mini slides for the younger ones and activities centred around the other two deeper pools. Securing sun loungers around the bigger pools was not always easy as people reserve them with towels despite signs saying not to, although this is not exclusive to this hotel - it happens everywhere . The food choices were very good. Sometimes all inclusive can get a bit “samey “ but that doesn’t here. All the staff from cleaners to bar and restaurant staff to reception are all very friendly despite working long hours.

The hotel was convenient to get to the marina, it was roomy and clean and staff were helpful. The hotel is primarily for families with very young children, not couples or adults. The evening entertainment was too loud/ Too many queuse's everywhere. Mealtimes were not very relaxing

A Great Family Holiday Location
Having read numerous great reviews about this Hotel I was expecting great things and was only mildly disappointed. This is an excellent family hotel that is without question geared towards the entertainment of the children (which lets be honest is probably something we all look for when holidaying with kids) and it is something they put a great deal of effort into. The hotel is clean, tidy and very well maintaned (The landscape of the hotel, lawns, flowerbeds etc were immaculate) Staff were overall very pleasant and helpful, especially the excellent restaurant and bar staff who were always willing to help and talk to the kids. 3 Swimming pools offer excellent variety for all ages although I felt that pool maintenance should be higher in the main pool. Poolside maintenance and cleaning around the sun beds during the day should be increased as this did not happen and should be a priority for health and safety reasons alone. The restaurant was immaculate and very well run, with a decent amount of variety that changes slightly every night. I have to say that all meals were of a very high standard and the chefs and waiting staff should be complemented on a well run kitchen and restaurant. Breakfast selection was excellent. Very concerned over the amount of waste involved with plastic cups, plates etc from the all inclusive snack bars etc. This has to be looked at by all hotels that implement this system as it is a wicked amount of waste on a daily basis,recycle please

We are a family of 2 children aged 13 and 17 we stayed for 9 nights. Overall we had a lovely stay the pool was nice the food was great the entertainment was good. I wasn't very happy with our room 113 there was a very musky smell all the time it smelt like damp apparently that was one of the refurbished room!! I wouldn't say refurbished as it looked dirty and run down the air con wasn't great but as we weren't in the room for long it didn't spoil the holiday but they really need to sort those rooms out.

Excellent for young kids although kids club is not really a kids club as the children are not entertained/supervised without parents. Just noted this if you a parents fancying a break too!

Great pools, excellent staff and lovely food
We had a lovely stay at the Paradise hotel. We were made to feel very, very welcome and all the staff were very accommodating. Our room was nice, the girls bed's made up in the lounge were very comfortable but the airconditioning wasn't quite up to scratch for the 40 degree heatwave we were experiencing. The four pools were great, not overly busy, but sunbeds did get taken quite early in the morning. The animation team were ok. We warmed to them over the week but a little lacking in the safety of our kiddies. One would expect names to be taken of the kids when dropping them off at kids club and a mention of where the parents would be, but nothing. The kids, however, loved them all, and enjoyed the mini disco with Coco the Seahorse and some of the activities during the day (not a great amount of effort put into them though). The evening entertainment was fine and the drinks were ok. Not the best cocktails but for all inclusive they did a job. The food in the restaurant was very varied and very tasty too. Overall the hotel is in a brilliant location too, right opposite the marine, so great for evening strolls around there (it could do with a few more market stalls, every other one was hair braiding)

Fantastic resort, shame about the aircon
I give this hotel 6.5/10 because the pools, location, food and kids entertainment is super but the aircon in our room was completely substandard for the 32 degree days. I called for an engineer on the first night because the room was like a sauna and he came to the room with a member of reception to check the vents and said he would come the following day to fix. They brought two fans with them which was a blessing. Sadly, the engineer never returned to fix the problem and as a consequence we had the poor aircon and the two fans on flat out for the 7 days. I was sweating more in the room than outside. What the hotel lacks in air conditioned rooms it makes up for in the pools and food. I've stayed in 5* all inclusive places before and while you don't get coffee brought to you in china cups, the hotel does provide an extremely diverse selection of cooked and cold options and has different themes for dinner most nights. For what we paid I thought it was very good food. My kids loved the pools, I felt very safe with them playing in the water because no pool was too deep that it gets scary too sudden. The animation staff were great with the kids and getting them to join in pool games etc. Overall a positive experience but the overheated room let things down a bit.

Animation team are outstanding!
We would recommend this hotel as it has fantastic pools for kids & adults. The restaurant was very nice too and the staff were amazing. So friendly, helpful, happy & polite. They made a real fuss of our 4 year old which he loved. The animation team made the holiday for us! We feel without their involvement we certainly wouldn't have enjoyed it as much. They are full of fun & smiles 24/7 right through the day and in the evening for the kids show & later through the adults show too. They work so hard and manage to keep so happy and full of energy. I can't rate them high enough. Our little boy will miss seeing them. The only negative comments would be about the room. Bedroom absolutely fine but lounge area very uncomfortable with no soft seating just big bulky hard cushions to rest your back on. Health & safety isn't ideal either as they have little vehicles driving too fast on walkways directly in front of apartments and it worried me that if a child or adult for that matter stepped out they would be seriously injured. One day there was a guy cutting down a small tree with a chainsaw next to the kids pool whilst it was full of kids with no protective measures taken for himself or the guests. People seemed amused by it. Overall though these points are minor as we had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return!

Great for young children, separate splash pool and slides. Food amazing. Variation of food daily. Great for gluten free - have coeliac disease with not one flare up during whole holiday. Great location- harbour opposite, 5/7 min walk to beach. Room slightly shabby. Very clean and large. Sepearte bath and shower.

This hotel has all you need in a good location. We had half board, the food was varied and good, lots of options for vegetarians. Rooms where comfortable and swimming pools were good. Good location to drive to all the best beaches. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Delightful property that gives you the choice of Self Catering , Half Board or Fully Inclusive with Drinks & Full Board. Rooms are spotless as well as the pool area with sunbeds and parasols Staff were attentive and not obtrusive and even smiled at the end of busy season

Nice hotel close to Marina, and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay at ApartHotel Paradise Club and Spa, The reception staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and the pool bar staff likewise, when we sat down tired and weary looking for some food and a cold drink! The main pool area and tots splash pool were lovely, both clean and with plenty of sun loungers and seating to be found. It would have been nice to have a few more sun parasols to escape the mid day sun though. We stayed self catering as there were well stocked supermarkets across the road and an abundance of restaurants and bars to chose from at the Marina, just behind the shops. Our room was spacious and clean, although the air conditioning struggled to cope in the exceptionally hot summer Menorca is experiencing. There are plenty of things to do locally. We went on a glass bottom boat trip from the local Marina, which stopped at a beautiful bay for a spot of snorkelling. There is also a water park just down the road, although we went to another water park 25 minutes away by car and had a great morning there. There were only 4 rides and a large swimming pool, but the entrance fee was reasonable, the restaurant very good and it wasn't overcrowded. We also had a few scuba dives with a local dive centre, again just down the road from the hotel. We dived the Pont d'en Gil, a beautiful cave dive. The climax of the dive was when we surfaced in the cavern and slowly drifted towards the exit looking at the wonderful stalactites and formations.

What more could you ask for.
We had a great four days here at the beginning of May; such a warm welcome from all of the staff. We were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived to the time we checked-out and beyond (we used the courtesy shower room before we flew home in the early evening). It was my wife's birthday while we were there, and completely to our surprise we had a knock on our room door and it was a member of staff with a bottle of chilled Cava and two cold Champagne flutes! Amazing, in all of our travels, this has never happened to us before. The Cava was superb too. We love Menorca, this was our fourth visit, and we can't see us staying anywhere else from now on :)

perfect for families with young children. There is plenty to keep occupied without feeling overwhelmed by entertainment for the kids. Walking distance to the harbour with plenty of restaurants to choose from if all inclusive doesn't appeal. We will come back again.

This was the first time we had been abroad with our 6 year old who has special needs she enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff were fabulous nothing was ever to much trouble, and has for the childrens entertainers they were brilliant they all had a lovely rapour with the children. Will book to go again next year for longer

The food is still excellent, there are plenty of sunbeds to go round (no need for the 7 0'clock towels !!) the hotel is well maintained and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The harbour at Cala'n Bosh was lovely and reminded me of Puerto Banus in Spain. The only critism was the price of drinks - 2 small beers and 1 small coke = 10 euro's (very very expensive in the bars)

Séjour en famille au top
Tout était parfait emplacement proche de la ville de Minorque, spot pour le coucher du soleil. L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles avec lise à disposition de lit pour enfant et chaise haute. La piscine pour enfant est super avec différente hauteur d’eau et différent type de toboggan. Nous reviendrons

Pour se reposer
Hotel très bien il y a beaucoup de jeunes parents avec de très jeunes enfants mais pour un couple qui veut se reposer et profiter de la piscine c’est parfait surtout qu’il y a des chaises longues tout au long de la journée.
