"From the valets to the service desk, the hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Our room service was excellent and very professional. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The only thing that was not so great was when I went to get some ice on our floor, the ice machine was not working. I called the front desk and the lady said to just go to another floor. I was not happy with this, I was in slippers, shorts, and a tank top. I was in relaxed mode. Having to get into the elevator and go to the ice machine on another floor was crappy. She said that someone would take a look at the ice machine and the next day it was working. Everything else was perfectly amazing! "
