Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Everyone from the servers to the cleaners saying hello. Easy check in and out which always helps. The restaurant on the 23rd floor was unbelievable and definitely worth a visit.

The towers are striking and artful, and the hotel is perfectly maintained, with excellent restaurants inside. It’s a block from the Metro, so you can get downtown in 10 minutes.

The dirtiest bathroom ever see, old and not well maintained. Baby size pillows uncomfortable, with stain marks on it. Decent breakfast. Doesn’t deserve the money that they are asking.

The tv in our room didn’t work and the room they moved us to only had 3 news channels. They never brought the roll away bed so myself and 2 kids were sleeping in a queen bed and the room was freezing I guess the heat doesn’t work

It is a good hotel for a business trip if you are attending a conference at the bella center. Definitely not my advice for a family vacation.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a very warm and friendly welcome. Check in and out was fast. Our standard (2 single bed) room was more spacious than expected and the view from the 18th floor were amazing. The room was very modern and clean. We also had a daily room service. Bicycle rental is very convenient and we cycled all the way to city centre (about 20min). Metro station is 5 min walk, which was also very handy. The proximity to the airport was the deciding factor for us when booking to stay at Bella Sky. 10 min in a taxi ;-) We had dinners at the restaurant (cant remember the name, it was located on same floor as reception) which we really enjoyed. The food was fresh and delicious and there were vegetrian options as well. The staff speak good english and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Copenhagen to book a room at the Bella Sky!

Was expecting more from a Marriot. Staff was wonderful but there always seemed to be a line to talk with them. Facility wasn't dirty but there was room for improvement. Our room was a standard queen and the bathroom was small. It was being used as an open shower with a single fixed pane of glass closest to the shower and handles. It was obvious though that there was supposed to be a sliding glass door (track in the ceiling and drilled holes in the floor where a track used to be) that was not present. The bathroom floor became soaked with every shower. We were told none of the rooms had shower doors. Linen service was inconsistent. Some days they came, other days, they didn't. The hotel does not own the parking lot! You will need to download a third-party app to pay for parking which runs 39 USD a night. Food in the bar was plain and pricey. Didn't have me rushing to try their restaurants. 4 minute walk to the metro which was nice but not enough to get me to return.

Very disappointed about this stay… The most weird thing is that there was no housekeeping services for two continuous days (we stayed there for three nights). We put on the housekeeping request lights but they were still on without any basic cleaning services after we were back to the hotel. We had to change to another downgraded room for the third night :( Not convenient with the separate towers design (maybe good for conference settings, but not recommended to travelers with luggages). The line to the front desk was always long and it took pretty long to check in/out or ask the front desk questions. And you would need to be patient to call the front desk (waited for 5 minutes when I called from the room and never got connected when I called the hotel via phone). I tried to use the chat function of the Marriott Bonvoy APP to contact the reception, and it took about 40 minutes for them to respond. Would not recommend or return next time I come to Copenhagen.

They don't own any parking. So you can pay $35 to park or walk from a golf course down the road and Payless, not really a good idea when you aren't from that part of the world. The rooms are small. I asked for help with paying for parking and the hotel helped me now I have a parking ticket. Wont be back

Unique shaped building but quiet rooms with great views. Not many restaurants in neighborhood but the metro is very close by for access to Copenhagen area mass transit including subway, trains and busses. If you want hustle and bustle of downtown hotel this is not the place to stay but for quiet and clean rooms this is a great place.

Not too bad, strange design means that getting around the hotel is a little difficult sometimes. The main restaurant was closed for a month and they omitted to tell me this. I would not have booked if Id known this. When the sun heats the building up in the morning there is a continuous sound of cracking that is a little unnerving if you are on the 19th floor :) Overall not too bad, is very crowded when the expo centre is open, but no more that many other similar hotels that I have stayed in. Parking outside very expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The floor of the room was in dire need of washing. My feet got dirty walking around the room barefoot. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in any place I’ve ever stayed. On the plus side all the staff were exceptionally good. The food in the restaurant was also very good.
