There was an awful smell in the hallways and as you were lying at the pool. Plumbing wasnt great. But staff very helpful especial the manager Harry. But central and think they are trying to improve

This property is right across the beach and excellent for anyone just wanting a quiet local stay. There is entertainment some nights and some restaurants close by.It’s 30mins from Corfu Old Town so not great for partygoers

Great place to stay! Right on the beach! Breakfast is included. All the staff is really nice and great and everyone speaks English. Highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to stores, shopping, dinner, and markets.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Dinner buffet option for 12 euros was great vari of Greek dishes changing daily. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay will visit again family friendly
Amazing place hotel staff and local businesses are perfect for tourists. Pool clean and great Stones throw from the sea no matter what room you get the view is stunning like the rest of the island The breakfast is ok but less catering towards British tourists however tasty none the less We were lucky to catch the northern soul not something I’m into but great people great music

While every effort is made to make the most of the building it is really showing it’s age and is very outdated. We only booked one night and moved on. Buffet breakfast was good and the whole place was very covid aware.

Hotel is showing signs of age much like the local area. Breakfast was poor and entertainment not even Butlins standard. Staff very pleasant and helpful, nice bar and pool

Lovely hotel 3 *
We were lucky. Travel in September and the coronavirus. There weren't many tourists. The weather and water were wonderful. The hotel has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Very nice staff. We really enjoyed

Birthday treat
Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, location fantastic everything a stone through away. Beautiful place to stay very picturesque with traditional Greek restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend a cheeky stay at Potamaki.

Pleasant Stay
It was a really nice hotel outside a stoney beach. The area is really clean with helpful people around. The receptionists were really kind and helpful and answered all questions. I would suggest going with mosquito cream/repellent as i got bites everywhere on my leg. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Clean hotel, in front of the sea,good rooms but...
The room spacious and clean. The bathroom was good size but not very comfortable when taking a shower, as shower area was quite small and all the water was coming out on the floor and stayed there for ever as the bathroom drainage was a couple of metres away. Wasn't happy with the breakfast it was low quality. Also had a toasted sandwich when arrived and coffee, quality below average for Greece. Ordered two juices at the beach bar in front of the hotel and were like coloured water with ice and 1% concentrated juice. Other than that hotel was not too bad for the price. It was clean, the towels provided were very nice and clean. Had a small fridge in the room. In front of the sea, just had to cross the road. Overall not bad but these small things with the food and the bathroom would have helped to score higher..Haven't seen how other rooms are, so cannot say.

Worth it
First time family holiday went off season so wasn’t so busy near a bus stop which was good staff were very friendly and helpful. Could do better with the desserts as was offered jelly and pears

Unfriendly stay
The good part: The breakfast is nice. And the view was beautiful. The location is not that close to anything but the bus is close by(don't count it to get to the airport if you leave early) The bad part: When we arrived at the front desk; the staff was very unfriendly and made us feel unwanted the first time I actually saw a smile was when I asked if they can order me a taxi to the airport when i checked-out. We arrived at our room after a few hours because our flight arrived at the morning and the check in was a few hours later, when we got to room it was not what we ordered (I did receive a partial refund) and the bed was the least comfortable bed I have ever slept on it was so bad that at one point I slept on the floor because it was nicer. The shower head was half broken you had to hold it in order for it to actually aim at you. It also didn't include a closet or a water heater. And the power was off if the card was not inside which is a problem if you are more than a single person. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I have

Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and and property, walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shops. Daily entertainment as well !! The beach in front of hotel is nice and clean and you can get a beach chair to spend the day !! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in a neglected part of Corfu
the hotel looked much nicer on the web, although saying that it probably is better than most hotels in Benites, shower was faulty and bed was firm, the other side of Corfu is where you want to stay

Lovely stay at Potamaki
We had a lovely 3 day/2 night stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and receptions were clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, plenty of sun beds. Food was acceptable and relative for the price and size of the hotel. Would definitely return.

Hotel is close to the beach literally across road.
Staff were excellent. Showers have not been updated for at least 30 years. My shower needed repair on arrival this took 24 hours. The rooms are badly in need of upgrading. An oversize headboard surround had been fitted which made it impossible to reach the bedside switches without getting out of bed. The food was some of the worst I have found in Corfu. Only 3 waiters/waitresses to look after approx. 50 tables. You have to find your own cutlery, serviettes & condiments, you would expect these to be on the table. No towels are provided for the swimming pool.

The hotel is not bed, it is clean in good location,the breakfast is very good. But the beach is full with rocks the hotel furniture and hotel it self is old. So I am satisfied of the hotel at all. Next time i want to try different one.

The Potamaki Hotel was lovely, the beach was across the road, local buses to town every half our or so. Would recommend to young lovers or families. Would stay again.

Loved the hotel, staff were very friendly, less than a minute walk to the beach!!! lovely shows on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.. Cocktails are amazing in the hotel bar.. Will definitely come back...

Overall it was OK!
Don't get the hotel to order you a taxi to the airport... instead walk 500m (left) from hotel to the main square near the bus stop, there is a taxi rank and cab drivers that will use their meter. Cabs from this hotel charge a fixed price of 30 Euros... a local told us it should only cost 18 Euros... I think the hotel gets a cut of the fee for ordering from the reception... its such a rip off as its only a 12 minute cab ride. If you are going to lie in a sun bed on the beach be warned the ones right in front of the hotel charge 6 Euros each to use... If you walk up the beach (right) about 200 metres from the hotel next to Hotel Euros two lovely ladies run a bar/cafe and when you buy a drink you can lie on the Sun Bed for free... We did this every day as we felt it was good value for money and could stay as long as we liked... they bring your drinks to you on the beach. Sunshine Bar which was excellent, the most fabulous service we received during our stay. The man who runs it is lovely as makes the best Crepes and is SO cheap! Alex & Tonys restaurant was really nice too, really nice guys, great hospitality and delicious food - reasonable prices. The hotel itself was honestly fine but not a hotel that wowed us enough to say we would go back again if we went back to this particular part of Corfu, we would probably want to try another. But it was cheap! This location in Corfu is great, friendly people, not too busy and NOT a party town just great to relax/unwind.

Struttura carina, il paese dove è situata è carino, ci sono delle pecche come la cena a buffet con quasi sempre le stesse cose. Tutto sommato consiglio l’hotel anche per la gentilezza del personale e per la posizione (a 10km dalla città di corfù)

Die Unterkunft ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel mit Strand und einem Strand gegenüber. An sich sehr schön allerdings nicht wirklich modern. Der Stil erinnert an frühe 2000er. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett! Sehr freundliche Angestellte. Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute Vom Hotel entfernt also ideal wenn man kein Auto hat. Der Bus fährt nach Korfu. Frühstück ist ok aber durchaus nichts besonderes! Alles in allem ein angenehmen Hotel für Leute die morgens das Hotel verlassen und spätabends wiederkommen. Für einen entspannten Aufenthalt würde ich etwas feineren empfehlen.
