Positives: Friendly staff at check in Cutlery, microwave and fridge freezer Well located in town centre Clean Balcony Comfortable bed and essential furniture, table, 2 chairs. Nice powerful and warm shower. Negatives: Very noisy with extremely neighbour till 5am 1 night and delivery people with noisy mopeds always parked downstairs awaiting to deliver food Very erratic wi-fi Unfriendly staff at check out Lack of essentials: no toaster, no towels, no soap, no condiments. Had to buy all of those No bedside table Lack of free parking No TV channels No comfortable sofa. No chair on balcony (room next door had one).

The apartments are well situated in the main strip and opposite the bus station. There are two lifts. The balcony was very small, but it was nice to be able sit out there in an evening..

Out of season break.
Out of season, so had to phone to check in, glad it wasn't raining. Good position and handy for all of resort, only 5 minutes from beach. Right next to Tropic disco, so could be noisy in high season. No-one there for check out and phone number would not connect, lucky there were some workmen who knew another number. Felt a bit daft having to wait in reception while room was inspected to get deposit back.

good sized studio , had microwave and fridge and cooker, you had to rent the safe keys, and pay to use the towels. surprisingly quiet considering the local area

Lovely appartment amazing cleanliness very friendly reception 2 min walk to the beach Was shocked by theb €100 deposit in cash wasn't on hotels.com website had to withdraw from cash point at a charge Happy to book and stay again

Desastroso y vergonzoso.
Nos cambiaron 3 veces de apartamento, el primero al cerrar la puerta con llave en el interior, no se podia abrir y tuvimos qe llamar al conserje para que viniera a abrirnos y tuvimos que ser nosotros quien pidió cambiar de apartamento. Al apartamento que nos cambió, a parte de que no funcionaba la calefaccion no estaba limpio. Y al tecer apartamento y final, tampoco funcionaba la calefaccion, no habia mas opciones. Tuvimos que conorar un calentador de aire. Además, el olor de los aprtamentos nones muy agradable.

Le gérant nous a mal accueilli la réservation a était faite sur hotel.com payer d’avance une réservation pour trois prs et en arrivant ils nous dit non c’est pas payé et c’est pas pour trous je lui montre ma réservation et mon paiement il affirme que non devient désagréable nous dit qu’il faut repayer etc cela pendant 1h30 alors qu’il etait 22hpasser fatiguè épuisé de la route ont a dû insister pour lui faire comprendre etc déçu de l’accueil

Trop de bruit sa ne sarrete jamais !!aucunr placrs gratuite seulement d parking a 20e la nuit ..receptioniste une catastrophes il vous hurle dessu !! L'appartement veillot une plaque de cuisson miniscule ..3 cuillères qui se court après ..des couverture toutes reches heureusement les draps étai propre et bien mais aucune serviette pas même un savon à main sur l'évier..

Il est dommage que tous les services soient en supplément (même la balance a 1€) Et EXTREMEMEMT DÉSAGRÉABLE de se voir demander la caution en espèce . A 10 personnes cela fait beaucoup d’argent.

Mi figue mi raisin !
Dommage les discothèques sont fermées a partir de novembre ,si vous venez mi automne et en hiver pour danser comme par le passé c'est rappé !!!! Vous pourrez vous rabattre comme nous sur le shopping et les restos....mais bon c'est tout de même très très très dommage !!! Par contre l'appart hôtel super !!! très très bon rapport qualité prix et très très bon emplacement .

Séjour catastrophique. Immeuble dans une des rues les plus bruyantes de Lloret. Impossible de ce garer gratuitement à moins de 1 km de l'hôtel. Notre séjour à Lloret ressemblait à une mauvaise série américaine. Hôtel où on entend son voisin, sirène d'ambulance à répétition, rues sales, sentiments d'insécurité, accueil de l'hôtel derrière une vitre... bref séjour catastrophique, et du coup mauvaise image de Lloret alors qu'à 15 mn env, Tossa est juste magnifique....

À éviter à tout prix
Hôtel placé au centre des boîtes pour adolescents , donc très brouillant toute la nuit .bagarre de jeunes jusque dans les couloirs de l hôtel. Jeunes gens avinaient et sans aucuns respects pour les autres clients .personnel de l établissement résigné et sans motivation pour les autres clients.

Uns wurde kostenloses WLAN zugesichert, dort mussten wir jedoch pro Person 12€ für 3 Tage zahlen! Von Hotels.cok gibts auch keine Rückerstattung, da wir kein Beleg vom Hotel bekommen haben! Zudem wurde von uns bei Anreise 100€ Kaution in bar verlangt, Kreditkarte wurde nicht akzeptiert, also mussten wir die 100€ aus der Urlaubskasse zahlen. Einfach nur schlecht!

Goedkoop hotel, maar geen kwaliteit voor het geld
Aan de buitenkant lijkt het een mooi hotel. Zodra we de kamer binnen waren viel het tegen. De toilet zat onder de haren, de verwarming draaide op volle toeren terwijl het al 23 graden was. Verder hadden we een wifi code, maar dit konden we alleen gebruik op de begane grond want anders hadden we geen bereik. Wel is het dichtbij het uitgaan gedeelte en het strand. Er was ook een keukentje aanwezig, maar de pannen waren niet schoon en de kookpitten werkte maar half. Verder was de eigenaar niet aanwezig bij aankomst en was hij niet zo vriendelijk tegen ons.

La clim était trop vieille donc pas de chauffage. On était obligé de dormir avec nos manteaux. Quand on l'a signalé le monsieur nous a prouvé que de l'air chaud sortait mais qu'on pouvait avoir une couverture de plus. Super quand il fait 15° dans l'appart...On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors et chez les voisins. Donc les gens qui rentrent ds l'hotel toute la nuit...ça réveille. En plus matelas très inconfortable.Aprés c'est propre mais à ce niveau là ça suffit plus!le frigo a congelé tout ce qu'on avait mis dedans, la dame nous dit que c'et normal qu'un frigo se met à 1...je sais pas mais chez moi meme à 6 il congéle pas ce qu'il y a dedans!bref on y retournera pas!

lo xaine è un complesso di appartamenti, le stanze non sono male, anche se le lenzuola te le cambiavano ogni 3 giorni e la carta igienica te la dovevi comprare, ottima posizione la nostra stanza affacciava di fronte alla scritta del tropics, la disco piu grande e piu bella di lloret de mar, scendi dall'appartamento e ti trovi mac donalds e burger king, non molto lontana dal mare 3/400 metri una piacevole passeggiata tra i negozi di suvenouir, fast food e discoteche, ne vale la pena afittare un appartamento allo xaine il prezzo è ottimo il posto e centralissimo, certo non è perfetto ma per quello che si paga....grande vacanzaaa...
