The property is located in the city center at walking distance of restaurants, museums, and shops. The hotel is full of memories and art pieces from Dali.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location for exploring Figueres, a short walk to the Rambla, Dali museum, restaurants, etc. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Excellent Catalan cuisine in the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Hotel Duran
Hotel Duran. Beautiful, renovated with high quality materials. Seeing Dali in so many detais, adds to its major league charm! The dinning room is impressive, although the food was not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

We hope to visit again.
It was an overnight stay as we were travelling. We stayed here because of the excellent reviews of both the hotel and restaurant. I can confirm that these reviews are well deserved. However we were a bit concerned that we had to query our restaurant bill as we were being overcharged by 37 euros. The bill was adjusted immediately. Otherwise everything was excellent check in, house keeping and particularly service in the dining room.

Cannot rate this hotel more highly for a mid-week stay when visiting the charming town Figueres. Let down slightly by in-room lack of tea/coffee facilities. Very helpful staff, and we would recommend Hotel Duran to anyone.

The hotel was just a few minute walk to the Dali museum and was surrounded by great restaurants! Room was modern and clean . I also enjoyed the Dali painting throughout the property and the staff was super friendly

We enjoyed staying at Hotel Duran for one night, whilst visiting the Dali Museum. It was very comfortable and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant meal was excellent, with silver service, which is unusual these days! It’s a very traditional, family-run hotel, right in the centre of Figueres, and which Dali and his wife Gala used to frequent. Characterful and highly recommended!

A woman in a green blazer walked into the room when I was coming out of the bathroom nude. We saw her hanging around the front desk when we checked in…don’t know if she was staff or not. Otherwise an awesome experience!

Hotel Duran is a great choice for staying in Figueres. It is clean, well-maintained and has a friendly and helpful staff. It’s located just off the main plaza and is a five minute walk from the Dali Theatre.

A beautiful family run hotel which still has its old fashioned Spanish charm. A fantastic location for the Dali museum and Las Ramblas. We were lucky to have the Christmas market on too. Staff are very friendly and efficient and the rooms very comfortable and clean. The restaurant in the Duran has always been excellent and this time it was as good as ever. The set menu was fantastic value and a la carte superb. The suquet (fish stew) was nearly as good as Llanca 😄. We will be back.
