Bueno bonito y barato
Muy bien ubicado, cerca de plaza de armas. Las habitaciones están ok, muy frías por la noche pero realmente uno casi no está en las habitaciones durante el día. Buena atención del personal

Great little spot.
front desk super friendly, great laundry service, little weird with the constant exterior door locking. I always ended up ringing the bell and waking someone up to let me in.

Economic hotel in perfect location
Clean room and nice staff. Hotel locates near Armas plaza. Good for travelers. I loved this hotel's staff. Everyone is friendly and always trying to help. Room was clean and cozy.

Reserve una habitación con balcon que no fue lo que me dieron, las camas eran muy pequeñas y no podían cambiarme a otra habitación porque estaba todo ocupado. Hacia mucho frío en la habitación y no había calefacción. La habitación constaba de dos pisos y el techo era transparente dejando entrar todo el sol, por lo que dormir también era un problema por la mañana. Nos vimos obligados a buscar otro hotel y aun así tuvimos que pagar una noche. Positivo: El chico que nos hizo el checkin fue muy amable.

Die Besiter und das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben nach einem 2-Tage-Ausflug wieder eingecheckt und wurden wie Familienmitglieder empfangen. Es war wie nach Hause kommen.

A cama e muito comfortavel e eu tive uma otima noite de sono. o cafe da manha e especial, feito na hora. Nao e buffet, mas e suficiente. O funcionario tenta vender um passeio turistico por um preco bem mais alto do que achamos ao caminhar pela cidade. mas nao chega a acomprometer a estadia. Tivemos um contratempo pois pensamos ter pago a diaria atraves do hoteis.com, como e meu costume. Mas no peru o cartao de credito e usado para garantia. As diarias sao pagas sempre no estabelecimento. Saimos bem cedo antes da recepcao abrir achando que tudo estava pago com nosso visa e quase fomos impedidos de sair de cusco, No final deu tudo certo.
