Lots of kids in the adults only side of the pool while me and my wife were trying to relax. Hotel tried to charge us for valet even though we self parked and had to argue with them to get it refunded. Food and drinks outrageously overpriced and food was just ok. Could’ve stayed at a Double Tree and gotten the same experience. Hotel itself was beautiful though especially inside the atrium.

My biggest disappointment was the water pressure of lack there of. To take a bath or shower took forever. First night there wasn’t any hot water. Second night it took 35mins to fill half a bath. Our first night the AC wouldn’t go below 72. Reported to front desk and maintenance came right away and fixed us up. The guest rooms seem dated compared to the rest of the facility. There were several conventions going on at the same time and I felt the whole resort handled it well. I did fall my second night on a lime someone had discarded on the tile floor next to the ballroom o believe it was called. 2 employees seen and scooped the lime right up but didn’t check to see if I was okay or anything. Which was a bit disappointing and I did report this to the front desk. Thankfully I had my husbands arm and primarily landed on my left knee otherwise I would of been flat on my back from as fast as I was walking and as slick as the piece of lime was against the tile.

Beautiful property, the refurbished tower is amazing. All the staff that we met were friendly and professional. The fitness center is sad and run down. It does not reflect well in comparison to the rest of the facility. The Media Bar and Grill is wonderful for breakfast but lunch and dinner are pretty awful.

It is a beautiful hotel but a little outdated. The place is big, and with 3 entrances it's hard to know where to park when checking. in. There was nobody at the concierge desk for our entire stay. Also, it's not clear when you walk in where the check-in desk is located. Still not a bad place for the price.

I was charged twice for incidental fees. On top of parking, I was also charged for a resort fee. I went back and forth with one of the receptionist about the charges and I had to come back to the hotel just to get some clarity about why I had two separate holds on my card. Eventually, one of the incidental fee’s were removed. Unfortunately, the way fees are charged on top of regular hotel stay is not thoroughly explained. Not to mention, I had to be moved to another room due to dirty laundry inside the drawer and a not so clean bathroom. Some guest were more accommodated with upgrades more than others. In addition, my guest room key card never worked for parking, yet I still had to pay. I was totally disappointed in the service.

The hotel is wonderful, the facilities beautiful, the staff very friendly, unfortunately the first night I was given a room whose window overlooks an internal corridor, uninsulated rooms, I felt I was sleeping in an office, heard the noise of all the guests passing by and the worst with a blind that failed to block the light from the hallway. The second night I was changed to a quieter room, but the bed was of terrible quality, a very spacious room but too old, with a folding bed, it looked like a motel room, the third night we did not want to change rooms, but no one in the hotel asked us if the change met our expectations. I would have expected a luxury hotel to have the courtesy to at least ask if we were comfortable in the new room or ask at the end of the stay, but no one did, so although the hotel meets all the amenities described, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL for its poor attention to detail.

Ser was great restaurant. parking easy, but better information would have been better--could not get when we arrived. Ate at lobby restaurant and the staff were very good. The white wine selection was not. Pinot Grigio was similar to vague remembrance of strawberry hill wine..The fish tacos were very good. overall what worked best for us.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel itself is enormous and has beautiful common areas. We enjoyed the water park- very appropriate for families as well as teens and adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property overall. I should have upgraded to a room with a view since our window look directly at an atrium so that was not a welcome surprise. For the price, we still would have expected some sort of view. Otherwise, no real complaints. I would rather you build the resort fees etc and parking into the overall cost. It feels like you nickel and dime people at every turn and no complimentary breakfast for a higher end hotel seems ridiculous. We would probably stay again, but those aspects were not favorable.

We really liked the property itself which is why we picked this hotel to celebrate our grandson's 8th birthday. We thought it would be family friendly. Boy were we wrong! We were put in a room adjoining a bunch of loud, obnoxious sorority sisters who were having a weekend conference. In fact our room was surrounded by them. We called security at midnight due to the cussing, slamming doors, fighting, screaming that went on from 10pm to 2am. They paused for about an hour after security came. The next night it started at midnight and went to 4am. It was pointless to call security because nothing was going to stop them. My grandson was very upset as were we. We paid over $800 for this hotel just to have our weekend ruined! Do NOT take kids to this hotel and do not stay here if you want a relaxing vacation!

It won’t let me add Parking above. So confusing! It was not relayed to us to use our key card to come and go thru the gate, nor did it let us. We had to pay over $30 twice a day on 2 cars. When checking out, we inquired about this and were told our cards should have been linked to the parking so we could come and go with our key card and not be over charged daily. (She looked and they were never linked). Hoping to be reimbursed as promised…. Also- our room was in the tower…. An “inner room” - not a big deal, we were going to be gone all day both days, but at night- it was SO loud! In the room- not sure if it was coming from the pipes or the vents, but it was extremely loud…. This needs to be checked on. Very clean, but maid service is every other day just fyi.
