I came up to property and it looked very damaged and an unsafe structure. Walked in and checkin went ok. Went to 3rd floor and OMG what a disaster. Looked like I walked into a tornado ridden disaster. Dirty floor and debris and construction everywhere. I got into my room, tv didn’t work, roaches everywhere, bathroom commode had no running water and hairs all over the bed. The floor looked and felt like it was gonna cave fall under. I called front desk over and over and no answer. I checked out in the AM and I told man about all my issues expecting credit or a refund and all he said sorry we are currently remodeling! Worst hotel on the face of this earth! Horrendous!!

Hotel is conveniently located near everything. Location is being remodeled, so when we arrived we weren’t sure if the hotel was open. Staff was friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but was priced accordingly.

The place was under construction when we stayed there, and it should’ve been condemned. Construction materials, everywhere, drywall dust, through the whole building, black mold in the bathrooms, stains in the carpet, broken glass in the parking lot, completely unbelievable. Filthy and disgusting. I’ve stayed in $39 a night. Hotels that were twice as nice and clean. Stay away!

i came here bc they had a indoor pool and other amenities and there all shut down but they fail to mention that to me as well as walking into roaches in my room , tub dirty and rusty i want a full refund

This is the worst hotel ive stayed in. There were syringes on the light s in the restroom. The tub was dirty and the shower pole was held together by electrical tape. There were roaches all over and the pillows and sheets were old.never staying there again. I dont recomend it

The first thing i saw when i entered my room was a big roach crawling across the floor. This was after i had to walk back to the front desk to get the clerk to open my door because the key didn’t work. Later i had to ask him to come back because the TV was not working. Then i found that i had to manually stop the toilet from continuing to run every time i flushed it. I had chosen this site because of the low rate they offered. I guess i should have remembered that you get what you pay for. On the brighter side, the hotel was obviously upgrading the bathrooms and making other improvements.

This hotel was terrible. The brick facade was off the front which should’ve been my sign to turn around. As soon as I went inside I noticed a sign on the front that said the hotel was short staffed, and housekeeping was “by appointment.” I checked in and went to our room. It was absolutely NOTHING like the photos that were shown during booking. The bathroom was dirty. There was mold/mildew on the walls of the shower. The area around the toilet was filthy, and the toilet set was peeling. I turned on the shower, and water came out of the shower head and the faucet, which filled up the tub. The ac/heating unit worked, but pieces on it were broken. The curtains were filthy; dirt and stains all over them. The bed sheets had stains on them, however it did appear they had been washed. The walls and doors appeared to have been painted over paint and was chipping off. Our room door did not close properly either. I was unable to stay in this room and we checked out an hour after I checked in. The employee was going to give me a refund, but said he could not because the room was booked through Expedia. So I was out the $100.

I had previously stayed at this hotel before and it was really nice...this time around it seemed like they were either going thru reconstruction or needed to do some reconstruction. There were things in the room that needed to be repaired and the front entrance was torn up as well...plus the elevator was out of order.

A "Deposit" of $50 if paid with a debit or credit card, or $100 if paid with cash. This is in addition to the price of the room, taxes, and other fees. If you pay cash, the $100 is returned when you leave. If you pay with a debit or credit card, the bank process takes 5 to 7 days to get the money back to you. This is also in addition to the perfectly acceptable and common practice to charge $250 if rules such as no smoking are violated or the room is damaged in some way. The only reason that could possibly be for this "Deposit" especially when taken from a debit or credit card is that they earn interest from that money being in their account for a few days as they hold our money hostage.

The property is well for the price you pay. The specific room we got didn't really smell like there is no smoking allowed there & the bathroom was disgusting. The water didn't even turn off completely once you turned the valve all the way it could.

The bathroom had water leak and was leaking all over the floor couldn’t take a shower. Tv couldn’t change the channel.
