The front desk staff were excellent! They were courteous, competent and helpful. They truly provided great service. Breakfasts were very good and staff attending to breakfast were also very kind and helpful. Overall this was a very good place to stay and we will stay there again the next time we’re in the Dallas region.

Was never informed that window replacement for the entire property was going to be taking place during the eclipse. Also was given a pet room when we had no pets. Why? No luggage rack was in our room, asked the staff for one and the reply was your establishment has never had them. The location was absolutely perfect to experience the eclipse from your parking lot!

Older property, but rooms were as advertised. I needed a larger room for a longer stay - the two bedroom offered three beds, which was perfect. Appreciated the convenient location to the airport. Not many walking distance dinning option but Lyft/Uber very quick to pick up. Friendly staff. We did not use the daily breakfast so I am not rating that service. There was some construction taking place, but they did not start too early in the morning. Overall, i would recommend this location if you do not need to be within walking distance to shopping/dinning/entertainment.

Located in a safe and nice area. The area wasn't really walkable but for our purposes that didn't matter (and there was a mall with some tasty Indian restaurants across the road, which was convenient). Our part of the hotel was wonderfully quiet. The suite was nice sized and had the desired kitchen facilities. Their enclosed patio was perfect for viewing the solar eclipse. Breakfast options were substantial and filling. Would stay here again if we're in the area.

First time to ever stay at Sonesta Suites. wonderful experience !! Comfortable bed, nice functional floor plan, husband's knee was injured so elevator was very appreciated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very yummy !!! Enjoyed the tables outside with the nice areas to walk around and the tables in the lobby.fireplace was very inviting. I will be back !!
