Coconut Palms II is an ideal location between shopping and Flagler Ave. Beautiful beach and very friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue in our room and they came right fix right away. Building is under renovation as indicated on Expedia but it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Had stayed here before Covid and enjoyed pool side bingo and the tiki bar drinks - was sad to see those are no longer available. Hopefully they will make a come back sometime. Will definitely visit again.

We ended up leaving. The toilet didn’t flush, there was sand all over the room. They did not have a gym, laundry, or a restaurant that was working. There was also no way to get in touch with management. It was a mess and not conducive to a family of 5 with small kids.

Overall excellent stay. Property shows freshness of ongoing refurbishment. I found the setup of the night stands next to the bed to be bizarre. Light fixture is so large and low that night stand is un-usable. Electrical outlet at night stand difficult to reach.
