Everything from complimentary drinks and pastries to providing milk for our 1 year old when he was out and stores were closed. If I’m ever back in Bourdeaux this is where I’m staying. "

The hotel itself is great - good bedrooms and a bath in the bathroom too which is a real bonus plus a very good shower. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
