"The staff was excellent there. Especially Eirini and Joana from the front desk and Goncalo from the restaurant there. I left my phone on the plane which made things very stressful for me when I first arrived in Porto at the hotel. But Eirini and Joana did so much to try to help me - making calls for me, allowing me to use their phones, coordinating between me and various contacts since I don't know the Portuguese language very well. It really made things much easier for me and I finally got a cheap phone while waiting to see if my other phone would eventually turn up. So, I can't say enough good things about Eirini and Joana who did so much to help. Goncalo was also wonderful, polite, and attentive in the restaurant and he provided excellent service. So, I want to be sure to include him on this."
