A trip to Disneyland needs to be family friendly and the hotel should add to the overall experience for the children. We chose this hotel so that the children could have bunkbeds instead of sharing a bed (avoiding inevitable night time bickering!) As well as the pool where we could spend some time together whilst not at the Disney parks. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bunkbeds surpassed expectation. The children felt welcome and equal in importance with the adults. The pool was a little chilly for our liking but they enjoyed it nonetheless. There were plenty of activities in the lobby for children however (apart from the small ball pool) they all required at least 2 Euros and not all of them were working. This was not particularly important to us though so did not spoil our stay. I would recommend Dream Castle to a friend without hesitation.
What a fantastic hotel!! The only gripes were that the bed was a bit too hard and the shower panel was ineffective in stopping the bathroom floor getting soaked (also shower head wouldn't stay up) ... Also the maid was a bit eager to get us out of our room on check out day. Opened the door without ringing even though we had do not disturb sign up. Chamber staff do not speak English at all
The hotel was really clean, perfectly located and had fantastic facilities. I will stay here every single time we visit Disneyland (which is a lot! lol).
The shuttle to the parks and back is worth the stay alone. The pool facilities were top class. The reception and concierge staff were so polite and nothing is too much trouble.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast looked amazing (no baked beans though lol)
The room was clean. Great kitchenette with all the extras you need (toaster might be nice though?) .. Huge fluffy bath robes provided (not for keeps) and slippers (for keeps). fast and hot hairdryers in rooms (huge bonus)
Apart from the opening comments I can not fault it!
Perfect if you don't have very young children and want disney without the screaming kids.
The shuttle drivers are GREAT! They really do go above and beyond for you
Also, it was a great price compared to the Disneyland hotels
"Lovely hotel, great breakfast, free bus to station"
Lovely room with fantastic pool and free bus to Disneyland Paris and the station, even very early in the morning (6:15) so we could get our very early train onwards. Would definitely recommend and go back there if we ever go back to Disneyland Paris.
The manager let us check in early because the kids were tired. All the staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was tasty. I loved the fact that there was a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and it was only 10 minutes away.
Stayed for 4 nights to visit Disney and Paris. Travelled by train, 15 minute walk or used free shuttle or local bus. Excellent location if in car as its just off main road into Paris. Couldn't fault hotel, reception staff all friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Booked 4 nights here while we visited Disney and Paris. Ideal and very reasonable compared to the disney hotels. The hotel has a shuttle bus (takes 10 minutes) to the disney parks and station which cost 2 euros each per day.
Had read some of the reviews and was a bit worried! A lot of reviews say about the corridors being marked etc - this didn't bother us and the room certainly was in a good clean condition.
Also very pleased the air con was fixed too!
We chose this as it was an apartment so we could be self catering.
Room is spacious with lots of storage. One thing to note is they don't service it (unless you pay extra!)
The only disappointing thing was the dishwasher was broken, each day we asked for it to be looked at and no one did, which was a pain as we had to wash up by hand!!
The hotel charges 10 euros a night to park, but the receptionist told us we could save that and park on the adjacent roads which was very nice and saved us money!
Attracting children of all ages, Disneyland Paris is located in Marne-la-Vallée, 25 km east of the city. It comprises Disneyland Park, a Magic Kingdom in five themed sections, and Walt Disney Studios. Six onsite hotels and the Disney Village entertainment complex are just outside the park gates. RER Line A links central Paris in 40 minutes with Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station at the park entrance. Eurostar runs direct services from London.
