We had a really nice experience at this hotel. The room was what we expected, with a confortable king bed and bunk bed for our child. We enjoyed the spa area, which was a nice break from Disney. Our only negative comment would be about the breakfast buffet, which was not as good as we expected. The options are few if you want to eat a healthy meal.
one of the themed hotels near disneyland paris. it has a great price for value and an excellent location with an amazing grounds around it. the only issue is their distrust of guests...their minibar in empty, and you have to pay everything upfront (including city taxes) and the reason is they fear you might leave without paying them which I believe is an absurd reason !!!
Breakfast was varied and good.
Disappointed with dinner. Ordered the steak, medium...but it arrived rare. Sent it back and the second one was even worse. In the end went for a salad!
Then for dessert had the Grand Marnier pancakes, and two of them were burnt. The waitor should have spotted this and made new pancakes instead of giving us the burnt ones. By this time I was fed up of sending food back so left it. Did not eat in the dining room again after that!
Just remember the restaurant in the hotel is great, so getting back and making the most of the free hotel shuttle service is well advised. Otherwise you are rather restricted with bus times mid-week stopping early and long waiting time between services.
Swimming pool and bowling alley, so no need to venture far if weather is off. Or the grounds are big enough for kids to play while you enjoy the sunshine if you dont want to travel far.
