The residence is located in the center of Domus De Maria, in a panoramic position. A few kilometers away are the splendid beaches of Chia, the many coves of rock and fine sand, the lagoon of pink flamingos, an emerald sea. The view sweeps over the mountains and the surrounding green hills. All the rooms of the property overlook a large park / flower garden. Built in the 40's it has been completely renovated without affecting its distinctive features.
