The staff was amazing, the food could not be better and everything was super clean. The road construction made it a little bit hard to get in and out of the parking garage, which is no fault of the hotel at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Great Location and hotel was good. Only complaint is the shower was hard to adjust and was like a power washer and shower doors didn’t stay closed.

We were disappointed with the stay because they didn't clean the room, coffee pot wasn't working, toilet paper was not replaced on one side after we finished the roll. No soap till 3rd night. The second night we called the desk around 10:30 pm to let them know that they didn't clean the room and bed wasn't made, coffee pot need to be replaced and no clean towels. We had to use cell phone to let them know because the room phone wasn't working. They bought up a brand-new coffee pot and more towels by around 11:00pm. One of the women that work the desk wasn't very friendly when we told her about it. I have stayed in Hyatt before and never had this situation like this. This is not a way to start when we were celebrating my 65th birthday.

The room was fantastic and had a great view. It was clean, comfortable, modern and convenient. My only negative was the front staff. There was at least one who did not seem friendly and welcoming. Just seemed to want you to go away. But all and all this property was outstanding and we will stay again.

Good value for price. Only negatives were the construction outside with jackhammers starting at 8am on the dot, but understand it’s out of their control. Also maid service was one room past when we went out for the day and did t take the extra step to come back and clean just left some towels and toilet paper at the door. Being in customer service myself this rubbed me the wrong way just a bit.

It was perfect location . It was closed to Broadway , museums and restaurants . Room was perfect. Staff were very helpful and polite. The pool needs to be seriously SCRUBBED!

The hotel and staff where great, the matresses are uncomfortably and for the little bit we watch tv the contrllers are awful it kept loosing signal and not controlling the tv. Even after we received a second controller.

I received a call that we had left belongings in the room after we had checked out. I called the hotel back and could not get a straight answer. Spoke to two different people and got a response of the door was locked from the inside so we thought you were still in. They then asked if I wanted to rebook I said yes, but when I returned to the hotel, they had no clue. I ended up paying more which I was upset because Expedia showed sold out. The hotel would not honor Expedia price that I have paid the night before

My group was sitting in lobby playing cards and were told we were laughing too loud. Also, no coffee available after breakfast. Every hotel I have ever been in always has coffee. When I asked bartender, his response was it's in your room.

I WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN, ITS CLOSE TO ALOT OF PLACES AND YOU FEEL SAFE ITS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE "MAIN STRIP" BUT NOTHING MORE THAN LIKE A 5MIN WALK. THE STAFF IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. AND IF YOURE A MEMBER YOU GET 2 FREE WATER BOTTLES EVERYDAY DURING YOUR STAY.

Hotel was really good. Just couple of things weren’t great (pillows and toilet seat was broken when we got there). Otherwise staff was really nice, breakfast was better than I thought it would be (good choices), beds were comfortable, great water pressure in shower and room was really clean.

Property was nice. A bit pricey. It was undergoing some construction. The biggest problem I had was we didn’t have extra bedding for the pullout couch we called about 8:30-9:00 pm (not very late) and was told they would bring some up. They never did. Breakfast however was amazing!!!
