Location is perfect, just off O'Connell Street. The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. Purchased the breakfast, well worth the price. We will stay are next visit.

No parking. Was told we had to park down the road at a third party parking lot and was told if we bring the ticket back we will get a discount. Did that and the staff said no discount because you need to stay at QParking for the discount. Also on Expedia states a Laundry but there wasn’t. Bed was hard and room was so small.
