The hotel was kind of okay. I would have given 4, because many things were okay, but the receptionist at the front desk - guy, grey hair, in the late 50s' had such arrogance and manner, you just cannot expect from any hotel employees.
As a base for trips into Dublin, the proximity of the LUAS tram system was fantastic. Hotel itself was scrupulously clean. Staff welcoming and polite. Would definitely stay here again. Food lovely too

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The initial room we were allocated had a broken sur conditioning system and cleanliness was not acceptable. We raised our concerns and the head housekeeper, Anna, came to our aid and resolved it by arranging another room. She went iut if her way to even assust with moving our bags to the new room. The second room was excellent and no complaints on anything. The hotel had great under cover parking and although a 30 minute tram ride to the city I found the location to be perfect for our 2 day stay.
This was a nice big family room. We had a view of the shopping complex which was lively. Location was great, you can walk to the shopping complex. Parking was perfect, the garge attaches to the hotel and it was free. The enterance you will need to park on the street and have someone in your party go to the enterance to check in. A wonderful lady checked us in and there was always somone at the front desk. Nice quiet, big rooms and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very professional staff. I ordered room service which arrived promptly. The bed was so comfortable and fresh. The TV had a variety of choice, so you could use your subscription to your favourite channels. The sound proof was amazing. The car park was free! There was a vending machine on the floor which was handy. All for €90. Bargain
Was really pleasant stay, vending machines for snacks and the room was clean and modern, the surrounding area was also nice and the Christmas trees makes it beautiful, lobby has a restaurant as well
Clean, warm, comfy bed will definitely stay there again.reception staff great cleaning staff great. underground car park cctv all secure. A nice place to stay.
A very clean and nice hotel. The staff was great too. My only issue was our room didn’t have a fridge. We were fine because it was winter time so a fridge wasn’t necessarily needed but if it was summer we wouldn’t have been able to have cold water.
Lovely hotel - booked a family room for us and our kids, lovely big room, friendly helpful staff and good food in the bar. Very handy car park and Luas stop right next door! Would definitely recommend!
The hotel was the last stop on the red LÚAS line. It was a bit of a ride, but a pleasant one. The staff was welcoming and the room comfortable. The bed was soft which I like. There is a large shopping center right across the street with shops, restaurants, treats, and a large Tesco market. If I returned to Dublin again and did not want city center I would definitely book here again. Some of the tram ride takes you past a canal with swans and given an extra day I would have gotten off around the canal and had a nice walk.
Lovely hotel - very clean and had great customer service. My husband needed a private space for a late-night meeting, and staff were very accommodating.
Very convenient to park (parking onsite is hard to find!) and for us to get into town. Appreciated having amenities nearby. I would recommend this hotel!
The restaurant had great breakfast and dinner options, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and i would definitely recommend it.
Not being familiar with Dublin we didn’t realize the distance from the airport and took a taxi we arrived at 8:20 and was informed the food service stopped at 8:15. Our meal ordered in never arrived
That was a disappointment, having food available until 9 in an evening would have been appreciated
Reception was very helpful in directing us to a less expensive travel back to the airport

The room was clean and somewhat spacious. The front office staff was not very warm or welcoming.
Average hotel. No front reception so it will be a challenge to navigate if arriving by car. Showers are terrible. No hot water on day 1. Dangerously hot on day 2. Unusable. Don't expect much from a hotel. A comfortable bed and a shower, but this could not deliver.
