Holiday Inn Representative were personable and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate through the city with easy. Every option was available and they were eager to make the arrangements. I was very pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dublin.

Breakfast - poor (for example, artificial looking scrambled eggs, watered down orange juice, and smell of burnt toast), fruits available though Location - good for catching tour bus and close to key attractions, some non-confrontational beggars on the street, safety measure: need to ring doorbell or use key card to enter the hotel after dark Room - good, small with no cultural ambience but neat and tidy, no wash-clothes in bathroom Luggage storage - good for guests arriving before check in time, appreciated being allowed to peruse the breakfast area before heading off to all day bus tour as well (picked up fruit)

Excellent location - just far enough from the more touristy areas but close enough to walk to everything. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were working very hard to ensure all were served efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

It was near to many local sights. Also the hotel had an excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of food and drinks. On the downside, my room was never warm. Housekeeping was cursory. I ran out of tissues four days in. Twice papers were left under my door concerning the need to come in to clean but the dates were all mixed up. No wake up calls available. Supposedly they could be programmed on the tv. Couldn’t make it work!

The hotel is central and in the perfect location for transport links. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we managed to check in early as our room was available. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and the shower very good. We had an early start one day so no time for breakfast, however we were given little bags so could take it with us. Overall very happy with our stay and not sure would change anything.

We had a plane delay by one day and found this hotel they had transportation to/from the Dublin, Ireland airport. The rooms were reasonably priced, the hotel had excellent staff, the restaurant and bar had excellent food, drinks and staff. The entire facility was very well run, clean, and accommodating. I will say our experience there was fantastic.

The hotel is like brand new inside, you couldn't walk into the building without seeing a member of staff at the front desk and willing to help. The price was unsettlingly cheap but the room was better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. I wouldnt hesitate to return! Amazing stay

Hotel was in a great location for walking around Dublin. Breakfast area was crowded but staff was consistent with refilling and cleaning. Staff was very helpful. It was very difficult to actually get to the hotel because of the one way streets, so any improvement in directions would be helpful.

Nice Hotel in the City Center
This hotel is on Upper O'Connell. The Dublin Express 782, from the airport, stops at Ashton Quay, across the river. It's a short walk to the Luas tram, buy a ticket at the machine, then just up 2 stops to right in front of the hotel The buffet breakfast is great. Not just a continental, it has eggs, bacon, sausages, and hashbrowns, besides the more standard fare. The rooms were very quiet. Our room eas quite large! We rarely heard any noise at all. The staff was great, super helpful and polite at all times. We would definitely stay here again.
