Everything was in good condition, and clean. The only thing was the heating system which was a little bit confusing, and the apartment was quite cold.

Apartment looked nothing like it did online. More of a dorm room. Terrible experience. Restroom had no hot water. Holes behind toilet. Outside door walls ripped apart. I want a REFUND! I also have photos of these issues. I would not stay here again.

Excellent base for city centre ..had an issue with the washing machine on a sunday and they fixed it thst day . Would book with them agsin definatley .

We didn’t get the hotel that we reserved, they said it was a “water” problem in our original reserved property, the Occonell apartments. They gave us another sight called the Georges Quay, that had no view and seemed a lot smaller than what we were expecting, but it did the job. It Had bedrooms one queen bed and one twin. Full kitchen and was close to everything. If it were my original booking I would stay again.

The apartmentwas very nice at first glance. It had great windows overlooking O'Connell Bridge and was extremely centrally located. As a result, it did get to be a little loud on the weekend, but pop on a sound machine and close the windows and you're fine. CityBreak Apartments runs this property and they were very communicative and friendly with us. I would recommend staying here to anyone but would advise them of two things. There were a few things unfinished or in need of repair with the apartment. For example, the sink plunger could be pulled directly out of the sink, the windows were missing their knobs to open, etc. Nothing that would keep me away, but it was odd. The other thing is that the hot water heater isn't an instant hot water heater, nor does it run all day. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's worth noting that the heater is on a timer and though you can override it should you want to take a shower in other parts of the day, you'll have to wait around an hour for the water to heat back up.

Nice place - centrally located
The building is very centrally located and is very easy to get to from the train station. One does need to go to the main office in order to get the keys to the apartment but that is not a problem. It's and easy bus ride or even just a few minutes walking.
