Good location just off from the main road. Lots of restaurant options close to the hotel. Convenient hotel parking garage. Enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant. We had our flight canceled and the hotel was very accommodating with booking an additional night.

The restaurant/bar on the 16th/17th floor are pleasant. The rooms are a bit awkward, tired, dusty. The hotel is not in the most convenient part of town aside from being a short walk from a rail station.

Quirky and cool
Cool hotel. Quirky and nicely designed. Fun features in room (Bluetooth speaker, record player, etc). Would have liked coffee in the room but not a deal breaker. Overall nice stay.

Lovely and very cool hotel, a very quick tram ride into the centre. Nice bar on the top floor too! Parking was easy but limited, we got the last space when we arrived at 3pm

Fanta chic hotel!
The hotel was soooo nice! Clean, modern but chic and cute design very contemporary and artistically done! Our room had a home bedroom feel and the breakfast on the top floor is absolutely delicious and very fresh! The spa was private and absolutely perfect with refreshments complimentary which was a nice touch! Loved every bit of it and the check in staff where wonderful too!

The room and front desk staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Had a poor experience with the bar staff at the rooftop bar, but during a pandemic and with the number of people there, this partially understandable. The hotel itself is wonderful, would recommend staying here - but consider other places to grab a drink.

We love the hotel, we use book it both for business and recreation. We definitely had a good time, but normally the cleanliness and condition of the room\balcony is better, this time the balcony was not at the best condition, and the vinyl player was not working.

I like this hotel - but they had no parking space for me - it took me 20 minutes to find a space where I could park the car

The hotel is relatively clean and comfortable. The rooms are of the old times design, which is quite unique. The staff is friendly. The down side is that the hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the central train station. There are hardly any shops or restaurants near by. For people with cars, the distance is not a problem. There is a restaurant on the top of the hotel building. But the restaurant is relatively expensive. It would be around 50-60 Euros per person average.

Easy one to avoid
Tiny room, no heat working, tried to get it running initially came back still not working, took the reception 30min to get us an “upgrade” - guess what? Even smaller room and even colder haha - checkout haven’t even been asked about our experience cuess - well they couldn’t care less. Easy one to avoid

Visit not only your romm but also the bar
Everything very OK except there was not closet to hang out cloths in the room - they hang on hooks in the room itself. Great breakfast, BTW: the bar on the top floor is excellent, with gin-tonics that do not need extra input due to the excellent choice of gins. Try those out!

We loved the hotel. We arrived early before check in and they said they would look after our bags, so we could explore the city. It was a quirky and retro hotel, we really enjoyed it

Front desk team were very kind and helpful. Room was very small and was not fit for business trip at all. I would suggest to provide complimentary water and coffee. I found this as good hospitality from many German hotels except this one which was strange.

Another great stay at 25Hours
I visited the 25hours in other cities already and every stay is, without doubt, brilliant! The service is great, always friendly and supportive! The rooms are clean, a nice decor and perfectly prepared. The Hotel itself, with this Bar, cafe and restaurant has everything you needed! I haven’t tried the Restaurant but the bar as a great view over Düsseldorf.
