The only thing perfect about the property was its location.

Great location and a cool walk down to the sea side. Make sure the kids bring scooters as it's a 15-20 mins walk down to the sea front (and up hill on way back). Avoid the Brighton game too if you're in a family group Car park handy, however you pay extra if it's past 12pm on check put day. Hotel is great. The best breakfast we had!! Check out is 11am too which is handy

The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean and today and about 15 minute walk to the beach through the quirky streets and lanes. Definitely going to stay here again. Breakfast buffet was decent too
