Nice room. Way too hot, had no control over the heat had to keep our room door open to cool it down as there was air conditioning in the hall way. no opening windows. Very poor job on making up our room. Left dirty cups, didn't clean it or make beds. Had a security person ease dropping at our door at 11pm (very creepy)

Shitty noisy rude native families mostly in the hotel. They make a mess outside throwing garbage out there windows in the parking lot and are equally rude inside the hotel.

The elevator took so long we used the stairs. The room was run down and dirty.

Not a great hotel

Very run down, though the rooms are clean. Bed was like sleeping on just a box spring. The only thing I would recommend about this hotel is the food. It was hot, fast, and tasty.

The price was good for a whirlpool room,but the tub didn’t work right,There’s a VLT lounge in part of the building that attracts a less than desirable crowd,otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Terrible

Beds are rock hard, not great when wake up after a terrible sleep, with a sore back. Especially when planning to go to Galaxyland with your 7 year old son.... Empty alcohol containers under the bed, found by son while retreiving his hot wheels car.
