The summer house is located in a quiet area on the edge of the cosy village of Egmond aan den Hoef and access to the North Holland Dune Reserve is almost at your doorstep. Here are optimal cycling and walking opportunities. The rental price includes 2 tickets to this unique nature reserve, where Scottish Highlanders and wild horses live. The distance to the sea and the wide sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee is * 3 km, and can also be reached by bicycle / car. From the holiday home you walk in * 10 minutes to the centre of Egmond aan den Hoef and in * 20 minutes to the centre of Egmond aan Zee, with its cosy shops, Restaurants, Cafés and Coffee terraces.
On the sunny side there is a terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is screened, with access, both from the living room, and from a side entrance next to the summer house. BBQing is allowed on the terrace. There is also parking and you can bring your own bikes. Bicycles can also be rented in Egmond aan Zee if required.
The summer house is a modern stone holiday home with central heating, and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchen and private garden with a south-facing terrace with garden furniture.The house is furnished for 2 persons and all rooms are on the ground floor. The living room has a cosy seating area and a dining area. Here you will also find games and information material about the Egmonden and its surroundings. A flat screen LCD TV with cable TV is available and you can use WIFI / WLAN for free! The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, bread toaster and a mixer. In the bedroom there are 2 single box-spring beds. Both beds measure 80x200cm. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows, without bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us for a fee. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet and washing machine.
