Lamentable ! A fuir !
Lamentable !!! Cet hôtel, pourtant confirmé par hôtels.com était fermé. Ils nous on emmené dans l’hôtel voisin : Art House. Lamentable ! Chambre non insonorisée et non sécurisée : une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas donnait dans le hall du restaurant tenu par le même propriétaire ! Le restaurant faisait un bruit inimaginable. Malgré nos multiples demandes, le propriétaire se contentait de nous promettre que ça allait s’arranger. Comme ça ne s’arrangeait pas, nous avons dû fuir l’endroit et nous réfugier dans un Ibis (après 2heures de discussion téléphonique avec hôtels.com vers minuit). Cet hôtel est une honte pour hôtels.com et pour le tourisme marocain ! Il faut savoir que nous avions réservé cet hôtel parce que celui que nous avions réservé préalablement (Le Mazagao) et pour lequel nous avions reçu la confirmation de hôtels.com était fermé lui aussi !!!!! Hôtels. com ne nous semble plus aussi fiable qu’avant, Nous voyageons souvent, sommes des clients GOLD mais n’avions jamais eu une telle expérience !!!!!

El alojamiento es la última planta (ático) de un bloque de vecinos. Nos dieron al llegar un apartamento, nosotras habíamos reservado una habitación. La verdad es que no estaba nada limpio, la cama muy incómoda, al día siguiente el baño olía muy mal, y pedimos cambiarnos a una habitación que dejaban 2 huéspedes, tan solo cambiaron las sábanas de la cama, por lo que tampoco estaba muy limpio, incluido el baño. El trato fue bueno, el desayuno rico y las vistas de la terraza preciosas. El precio es alto para lo que encontramos, aunque si estuviera limpio sería mucho mejor para alojarse.
