This beautiful vacation townhouse in La Marina, on the Costa Blanca, offers access to a communal pool and is very close to the beach. The house allows, with excellent facilities, a carefree and relaxing vacation with the whole family. On different terraces you can enjoy the wonderful climate and barbecue. The house is located near the salt lagoons, where there are flocks of flamingos and other bird species to watch. In just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful beach Playa del Pinet, which is especially popular with water sports enthusiasts. In the restaurants by the sea you can taste the regional cuisine with fresh fish dishes and a glass of wine. The beautiful city of Elche, rich in culture, is located at a distance of only 11 km.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Et utrolig dejligt hus beliggende på den bedste vej i området med udsigt til naturområdet
El Piner bebyggelsen ligger lige op til naturområdet med vådområder, pinjeskov og naturstranden med klitter. Gå ud af døren og du er i naturen. Fuglelivet er imponerende med flamingoer, så at sige i baghaven. Selve huset er velindrettet og smukt. Skøn terrasse foran huset, terrasse på første sal ved master soveværelset, og tagterrasse øverst. Men hvis man vil have meget privatliv skal man vælge noget andet. Naboerne er tæt på og alle lever et offentlit liv udenfor. Vi elskede det men det var heller ikke højsæson. Vi fik gode snakke med naboerne. Der er en hyggelig stemning. Køkkenet fungerer godt selvom det ikke er stort. Møblerne er nydelige og der er hynder til alle havestole. Men lider man af dårlig ryg, vil man nok lede længe efter den komfortable stol. Men alt i alt en skøn feriebolig til en attraktiv pris.
