"We had a wonderful stay and the lady at reception was super sweet and gave us directions on how to get to the sights. She also printed out a bus timetable so we would know what bus to take back to the airport since times are different on the weekends. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay there again when we come back. "

"Good location, very close to the Tube, and also x2 bridges into the heart of London. The staff always turned or looked up to smile and engage when we arrived or left the building. A very simple, and welcome touch. Enjoyed watching coming and going of trains into Waterloo from a height, and no issues with noise. "

"I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved the location, loved my room. I wish I could recreate my ciyizenM room in my house! The amenities were top notch. The price is higher than what I usually pay but soooo worth it!"

"I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. Literally around the corner from the tube and water embankments. Walking distance to Big Ben, westminster abby, the london eye. There is a beautiful park across the street that runs along the river thames. Convient stores, coffee shops, pubs, all around. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I asked for help about 3 times besides checkout/in. Everytime I had a different person, everyone was friendly, cheerful and prompt. Amazing! The gym had everything you need to get your workout done. A good variety of equipment. I went at all times of the day, it was always clean and not busy. The lounge with coffee machine for guests was great and the filtered water system they have for the guests is also fantastic. No having to buy countless bottles at the shops. The laundry!!!! So happy they have this! Wash your own clothes, dont need to pay or buy detergent. When your on a 2 week trip with 1 suitcase for 2 people, yeah! So appreciative and thankful for the laundry. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. My only comment here is that the bed in 427 was a bit uncomfortable, a bit too soft and very squeaky. We did eat at the pizza place attached to the hotel, it was very good. If we ever come thru london again, I will definetly book here!"
